50-Year-Old 'Spice Girls' Star, Mel B Ties The Knot For The Third Time With 37-Year-Old Rory McPhee

Mel B is one of the most popular English singers. She rose to prominence and gained a lot of fame in the mid-1990s as a member of the pop group, Spice Girls. She is popularly known as 'Scary Spice'. Just like her professional achievements, her personal life has also garnered a lot of attention. For the unversed, the Spice Girls fame married twice, and both her marriages hit a rough patch, resulting in divorce. However, Mel B crossed paths with Rory McPhee in 2018, and the couple recently got married.

On July 5, 2025, 50-year-old Mel B tied the knot with Rory McPhee, who is 37 years old. For the uninitiated, in October 2022, the couple announced their engagement after 4 years of dating. The duo reportedly started dating in 2018. Mel B and Rory got married at the historic St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. What is worth mentioning is that it was a rare moment for Mel B, as not everyone is allowed to exchange vows at the cathedral. For those unaware, Mel B received an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) from Prince William in 2022 for her advocacy work on domestic abuse. This accolade earned her the rare opportunity to tie the knot at St. Paul's Cathedral. 

For their special day, Mel B opted for a traditional white gown embellished with pearls, while Rory looked handsome in a traditional Scottish tartan kilt. According to a report by People, for her big day, 'Scary Spice' wore two wedding dresses. First was the white gown designed by Josephine Scott, and later switched to a dress from the designer, Justin Alexander. A special presence from Mel B’s third wedding won our hearts. In the wedding ceremony, the Spice Girls' fame had three daughters who were her bridesmaids. For the uninitiated, Mel B welcomed her eldest daughter, Phoenix, with her first husband, Jimmy Gulzar. She shares her second daughter, Angel Iris, with her ex-boyfriend, Eddie Murphy, and she welcomed her third daughter, Madison, with her second husband, Stephen Belafonte.

Mel B and Rory McPhee’s wedding was a star-studded event. Many celebrities, including Cara Delevingne, Katherine Ryan and Daisy Lowe, attended her wedding. Only one of her former bandmates from the Spice Girls group, Emma Bunton, also known as 'Baby Spice', marked her attendance. While Victoria Beckham, one of the members of the Spice Girls group, couldn’t attend the wedding ceremony, she gave Mel B a special gift on her big day.

Phoenix, the 26-year-old eldest daughter of Mel B attended her mother’s wedding wearing a sky blue hued silk dress, with a matching fascinator. The dress was designed by Mel B’s fellow bandmate, Victoria. Her sweet gesture of gifting a dress to her close friend’s daughter, Phoenix, can be the best gift for a mother on her wedding day. Ahead of her marriage, in an interview with Hello, Mel B shared that her fellow bandmate was happy to make her dresses, but she wanted more than one dress to celebrate her special day. In her words:

"Well, Victoria [Beckham] did say she'd be happy to make me a dress. But I don't want just one; I want to have many different dresses for that day or a week of celebrations. I've been married twice before, so, third time lucky."
