Question
I am getting married in six months and I want to look and feel good on my wedding day. I have been a busy working woman for the past five years, juggling two jobs with no time for gym or beauty salon visits. But I want to take time out for myself and find healthy eating choices and beauty tips so I can start preparing for my wedding look right away. Can you help?
Answer
Wedding planning is not just about planning for everything else other than yourself. In an effort to look and feel their best, most busy brides like you will try to find bridal beauty tips and a healthy diet for bride two or three days before the wedding. They are most likely to end up with problems (skin infections, tiredness, nausea etc) that could have been avoided with prior planning. But you have the right amount of time to begin a health and skin care regime. Apart from joining a gym and addressing your trouble spots (stomach, thighs or your hips), you need to start a stress-relief regime too. Join yoga class to improve your posture and to your alleviate stress. If you have zeroed in on a beautician, discuss your skin care regime and find out what products suit you best. If you have saved clippings of hairstyles or make up you have wanted for your wedding, show it to your beautician and discuss when you should schedule hair and make up trials. If you have not short listed a beautician yet, try to find one recommended by your family or friends. If that does not work for you, get in touch with a wedding planner for bridal diet and beauty tips and recommendations. Most planners have an extensive database of dieticians who will provide excellent health tips bride and bridal beauty salons too. Most importantly, remember that your groom loves you for you, so be confident about yourself and have a great time at your wedding.
