Although Shahaan’s parents were very chilled out and open-minded, it took Tanvi a lot of time to convince her family to say yes to an inter-caste love marriage. Surely, our strong-willed, beautiful and passionate Tanvi managed to get it all because she knew that her love for Shahaan and the connection they shared was worth every bit of the struggle she had to go through.

Coming to the rituals, during the time of joota chupai, Shahaan’s dad narrates a funny story where he too joined his other son in grabbing the juttis of the groom, but later realised that they were supposed to give it to the bride’s sisters. The wedding was full of such fun moments.
