Aamir Khan Reveals Marriage Plans With Gauri Spratt At 60, 'Serious About Each Other, Committed..'

Aamir Khan, before his 60th birthday, introduced to the media and the world his third girlfriend, Gauri Spratt. 'Mr Perfectionist' cut his birthday cake at Taj Lands Bandra in March 2025 and made a big revelation related to his personal life. He shared that he is in a relationship with Gauri and also revealed that they have been dating for the past 18 months. After going official, the couple has been seen together in many national and international red carpet events, and now the question is when Aamir is marrying Gauri? The actor now opened up about his marriage plans.

Aamir Khan shares his marriage plans with Gauri Spratt

Gauri was seen supporting Aamir during the premiere of his film, Sitaare Zameen Par. The actor who was earlier married to Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao found love in Gauri for the third time. He shared his marriage plans with Gauri in an interview with Subhash K Jha. He did confess during his interview with SCREEN to being serious about Gauri. In his words:

"Well, Gauri and I are really serious about each other and we are in a very committed space. And we are, you know, we are partners. We are together. Marriage is something, I mean, in my heart, I’m already married to her. So whether it’s, whether we formalise it or not is something that I will decide as we go along."

Amair had revealed to the media in March 2025 that he crossed paths with Gauri 25 years back but had lost touch. He shared a part of dating her, and that she was a mother to a six-year-old son, and at the moment was also a part of Aamir Khan's production house. Aamir has two kids with ex-wife, Reena- Junaid and Ira Khan. He also has a son with Kiran Rao- Azad Rao Khan, who is the youngest. Aamir and Reena married in 1986 but parted ways in 2002. He then married Kiran in 2005, and in 2021, they separated. They have been co-parenting their son, Azad.

When Aamir Khan revealed he was not sure if marriage at 60 was suitable for him

Aamir, during the press conference while introducing his girlfriend, Gauri, revealed that he had even made her speak to Shah Rukh Khan at his Mannat house in Mumbai. He shared more details about his girlfriend and shared that she worked in his production company and that she sings to him daily. Aamir even shared being unsure if he would marry at the age of 60 and shared:

"I don't know at the age of 60, mujhe shaadi shobha deti hai ki nahi. My kids are very happy. I am very fortunate to have such great relationships with my ex-wives."

Aamir was last seen in the movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, where he essayed the role of a basketball coach who trained a specially abled team of children. The film has been helmed by R.S. Prasanna and also has Genelia D'Souza in a pivotal role. The movie saw commercial success as it made Rs. 233.10 crore at the box office worldwide. The actor is all set to next make a special appearance in Coolie by Lokesh Kangaraj. The movie will also have Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Reba Monica John, Junior MGR, Monisha Blessy, and Kaali Venkat in pivotal roles.
