Aamir Khan is one of the most bankable actors in the industry. Although he has taken a break from his acting career, he has been riding high on her personal front as his darling daughter, Ira Khan, got married to the love of her life, Nupur Shikhare. Talking about Aamir's personal life, he tied the knot twice. Initially, he was married to Reena Dutta, with whom he have two children: a son, Junaid Khan and a daughter, Ira Khan. In December 2002, the actor filed for divorce, and Reena took custody of both children. Afterwards, in 2005, he married Kiran Rao, and in 2011, they announced the birth of their son, Azad Rao Khan, through a surrogate mother. After being in marital bliss for many years, Aamir got divorced from Kiran in 2021.
Now, a Reddit user revealed that once, a 2005 report in Stardust Magazine talked about Aamir Khan's illegitimate relationship with a British journalist, Jessica with whom he also has a son, Jaan. However, the Reddit user also mentioned that Aamir never accepted Jaan. The Reddit user even shared two pictures of Jaan- one from his younger days and one of his latest photo. The Reddit user captioned the photo as:
"Meet Aamir's illegitimate son (allegedly). So a week ago I was pretty bored and the entire insta was filled with Ira's wedding pics. Her brother Junaid's pics reminded me of Aamir's another son. Back in 2005, a report in Stardust Magazine suggested that Aamir dated a british journalist and had a son with her. He never accepted him. Jessica named Aamir's son as Jaan. He also Featured on british vouge. After a little digging on instagram, I finally have his latest picture. He does look like Aamir. P.S aamir never accepted him so it is all speculative."

Soon, many other netizens started reacting to it. While one user commented, "He looks like amir for sure.if its true that he is indeed amir's child i have newfound hatred towards coward amir", another netizen penned, "The journalist released a statement saying that whatever she has written it’s the truth. She even said even if Aamir wants to deny or do a DNA test, then he can do anything." A third comment read, "Have heard of this rumour several times, its sad if true. The resemblance is uncanny."

On January 10, 2024, Ira Khan and her darling husband, Nupur Shikhare hosted a star-studded lavish wedding reception in Mumbai. The event was attended by who's who and the paps stationed at the venue, didn't miss a chance to click their best clicks. In one of the glimpses, Aamir Khan was spotted as he struck a heartwarming pose with both his sons, Junaid Khan and Azaad Khan. Aamir looked handsome in a black-hued sherwani with a white pyjama. On the other hand, Junaid opted for a navy blue-hued sherwani and white churidaar, and Azad looked smart in a blue-hued formal suit.
