Tajikistani singer, Abdu Rozik is best known for his appearance in the popular reality show, Bigg Boss season 16. He has garnered not only a huge fanbase during his stint in the reality show, but his banter with his co-contestant, Shiv Thakare over there made quite a few headlines at that time. Now, both Abdu and Shiv have landed in trouble together as the ED (Enforcement Directorate) summoned them as witnesses, for a money laundering case in association with narcotic funding. This was because Abdu's burger food joint, 'Burgiir', and Shiv's 'Thakare Chai and Snacks' drove money from the drug lord, Ali Asghar Shirazi, via Hustlers Hospitality.
Although both Shiv Thakare and Abdu Rozik terminated their contract with Hustlers Hospitality after they got to know about its involvement with narcotic products, the former has already appeared in front of the ED. He had revealed meeting the director of Hustlers Hospitality, Krunal Ojha, and that he had received funds via him. Now, as per a report in ETimes, Abdu appeared in front of the ED to provide testimony in the same case. He was called at 12:30 pm on February 27, 2024. But whatever he has spoken to the ED is yet to be known.

Earlier, Abdu Rozik appeared on the Vibezshow podcast, where he had revealed several insights into his BB journey. In the same podcast, Abdu revealed that Salman Khan is a very nice person, and was heard heaping praises on him. He revealed how Salman treated him well in the show and added that the latter loves him a lot. Mentioned that he too, has immense love and respect for the actor, Abdu mentioned how earlier, he used to see Salman on TV, but after seeing him in person, he became a bigger fan of the megastar.
In the same podcast, Abdu was then asked about his Bigg Boss experience. To which, the singer had revealed that although his experience was good, but the show was very difficult. Abdu elaborated that the show is difficult from both inside the house and even for the family members who are watching it from outside. Further explaining the most challenging part of the house, he mentioned that all of a sudden, people inside the house would start shouting and howling abuses, which affected his mental health. Abdu added that most of the fights in the house used to be on at night, affecting his sleep schedule. He added many other anecdotes from the house and called it troublesome.

Soon after the video surfaced on the internet, netizens were quick to comment on his statements. Some took to the comment section to share their opinion of Abdu's revelations. They mentioned that he had the easiest stay in Bigg Boss, where he was treated like a toddler. Others also mocked Abdu for the same.
