Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik had tied the knot in 2018. And since then, the madly-in-love couple has been enjoying every moment of their marital bliss. There was a time when rumours were rife that the duo was going through a rough patch and might separate soon. But, the couple came out even stronger after their stint together inside the Bigg Boss 14 house.
Rubina and Abhinav both had participated in Bigg Boss 14 in 2020. Rubina had even won the trophy. Apart from being a Bigg Boss winner, she is a great actress and quite famous in every household. With her acting prowess and her aura, she has proved her worth in the acting world. Abhinav is also an actor and has featured in many TV serials. Now in an interview, the couple has shed some light on it.

In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, Abhinav Shukla was asked how did he feel when he had first met Rubina as she was a bigger star than him at that time. To which, the actor said he is super proud of his wife for being so successful and corrected them, "She still is". When Rubina was asked whether she needs to compensate for anything in their relationship, the actress shared that Abhinav makes her feel very comfortable and normal about the fact that it's okay for a woman to be more successful than a man. She said:
"He has made me feel and be so comfortable with the fact that it is absolutely normal for a woman to be more successful than a man. He has vocalised the thought that 'Rubina, today, tomorrow or any given point of time, if you are at a higher ladder of success, fame-wise, money-wise or anything, I am there for you, for you to understand that it's normal and we've to normalise it."
Further in the conversation, Abhinav added to his wife, Rubina's remark and said that we all have to be practical about it. He even mentioned that a person would be a fool if he doesn't admit his wife's success. He shared:
"We've to be practical about it. It is what it is. Somebody would be a fool who doesn't admit she is more successful. She is doing more work than I am, that's a fact. So if I try to say, 'nahi yaar hum dono barabar hain' that's when she needs to compensate. But I know she is more successful than me, but that's the profession, once she is at home, she is my wife."

Once he concluded, Rubina Dilaik expressed her love for her husband, Abhinav and said that she is a fan of her man. On the other hand, Abhinav has worked in many TV serials, Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi, Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Hitler Didi, and Chotti Bahu where he worked with Rubina also.
On Rubina's professional front, she is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the upcoming film, Ardh.
