Jiya Shankar is a known actress, who has worked in prominent television shows. Some of them are Meri Hanikarak Biwi, Pishachini, and Kaatelal and Sons. However, she rose to stardom with her film, Ved, co-starring Riteish Deshmukh. She gained a lot of love for her stint in the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2, and she was also a finalist. She is most recognised for her roles in TV shows and web series.

Just a month ago, Jiya Shankar was being linked with Ahan Shetty. A post claimed that the two were not just dating but also considering marriage. However, Ahan's spokesperson quickly dismissed the claims. The statement further revealed that Ahan is not seeing anyone, and it can be read as:

"These dating rumours are completely baseless. Ahan isn’t seeing anyone right now, he’s entirely focused on his work. He’s got multiple projects lined up, with Border 2 just around the corner."

They even did a song together, which further sparked their relationship buzz. However, in 2024, they ended their association and clarified that they had never been more than just friends. But almost a year later, the rumours surrounding their relationship resurfaced.

As per a report by Telly Khazana, it was revealed that Abhishek and Jiya have made their relationship public and reports claim that they are planning to get engaged soon. The post can be read as:

"It’s official! Fukra Insaan and Jiya Shankar have made their relationship public, and reports say an engagement could be on the way. Wishing this cute couple love and happiness always (sic)."

It is worth adding that they do not follow each other on social media. However, in 2024, Jiya Shankar had penned a long note dismissing the buzz surrounding her relationship with Abhishek. She clarified that they share only friendship and it has also ended. She added that she doesn't follow any of these meme pages or have any knowledge of how this works. She said: 

“Saying this for ONE LAST TIME to whoever it concerns! I’ve got nothing to do with Fukra Insaan or these meme pages. We shared nothing but friendship, & even that no longer exists. I don’t even follow any of these meme pages or have any knowledge of how this works. I always assumed them making this sort of stuff for views, or I’ve no idea if someone pays for this s***, but if the blame comes on me with nasty comments on my character & family, then hear it, panda gang, I’M SELF MADE, LOUD & PROUD! I’m because of ME and not because of anyone else. Way above these CHEAP STUNTS! So stay in your lane & keep my mother’s & my name out of your filthy mouths."
