Apart from her acting, it is her unusual choice of outfits that keep her in the news. Recently, Adah ditched the dress and picked a saree from her naani maa's closet. She also proudly revealed the price of it.
On April 2, 2024, Adah Sharma donned her grandmother's saree. In the video shared by one of the Instagram pages, we can see Adah revealing that it is her naani's saree. The actress looked pretty in the orange-toned chiffon saree with a black blouse, featuring pastel-toned puffed sleeves. She kept her look chic with a black backpack and shoes. However, she left everyone surprised by revealing the price of the saree. Adah shared that her naani maa bought it for Rs. 15 back in her days.

As soon as the video was uploaded, it went viral, and netizens flooded the comments section. While some didn't believe the actress, some made fun of her. One user wrote, "15 ki saree kaha milti hai." Another one commented, "Us jamane 15 rupaye b hjar k barabar hote the." One of the netizens also wrote, "15 rs ki saree 3000 ka blouse hoga."

Adah Sharma has followed her own rules and made a huge name in the industry. Earlier, in an interview with Mashable, Adah Sharma revealed that people would ask her to get a nose job. However, after her incredible performances with the same nose, Adah was happy she didn't listened to the people's shocking remarks on her appearance. She was quoted as saying:
"People told me to get a nose job done and get a nice nose. Now after doing movies, everybody will feel my nose is good. Now it’s too late, now you can’t change."
