Adil Khan Durrani and Somi Khan hopped onto their forever journey in an intimate nikaah ceremony on March 2, 2024, in Jaipur. For the unversed, the former was previously married to Bollywood actress, Rakhi Sawant. However, a few months into their marriage, the duo parted ways on a bitter note, post several rounds of public allegations and nasty fights with each other. Fast forward to now, Adil seems to have moved on in his life and is enjoying blissful moments with his wifey, Somi Khan. Recently, the couple hosted a wedding reception party in Mumbai, and glimpses from the same are unmissable.
While scrolling through our social media feed, we stumbled upon glimpses of the newly-wed duo, Adil Durrani and Somi Khan, as they got papped ahead of their reception bash. The couple hosted the gala evening in a hotel, and looked madly in love together. For the special occasion, Adil and Somi twinned in yellow-hued ethnic ensembles. While Adil chose an embroidered yellow kurta teamed with white pyjamas, Somi, on the other hand, looked beautiful in a yellow-hued salwar suit. She teamed it with a matching dupatta, featuring contrasting hues in black and tassel detailing. In one of the candid moments, Adil can be seen placing a peck of love on Somi’s forehead, and the glimpse is all things sealed with love.

Well, Adil Durrani and Somi Khan are all ecstatic to celebrate their union in the presence of their extended friends and family members, who couldn’t be a part of their wedding. For instance, we spotted actress, Sherlyn Chopra arriving for their reception gala in Mumbai. For the occasion, she draped a blue-hued saree, featuring layered tassel work all over it. She paired it with a strappy blouse in golden hue and looked stunning. The diva could be seen congratulating Somi and Adil at the entrance of the reception bash, before proceeding further towards the venue.

Earlier in an interview with ETimes TV, Adil Durrani opened up about people’s constant query about his apparent hush-hush wedding. He stated that it wasn’t anything secretive, and was in fact reflective of the duo’s preference for having an intimate celebration. Moreover, he spilled beans on his previous marriage with Rakhi Sawant and claimed that it stood null and void, since the latter was already married when she tied the knot with him. In his words:
“If you talk about my wedding with Rakhi Sawant, it stands null and void as when we got married, she was already married to someone else. Mujhe dhokhe mein rakh ke usne kiya tha. There's already a court case going on. Many people have this question in their mind, how did I get married again? Alhamdulillah, I have the full right to get married again as I'm a Muslim, and I can get married."

Back on March 2, 2024, internet was filled with tons of buzz about Adil Durrani tying the knot for a second time with Bigg Boss 12 fame, Somi Khan. However, burying all speculations to rest, the couple, in a collaborative post on their social media handles, dropped stunning first glimpses from their nikaah ceremony. For the D-Day, Somi looked gorgeous as she slipped into a red lehenga, featuring hand embroidery in gold hues. On the other hand, Adil looked handsome in a cream-toned sherwani paired with a contrasting maroon-hued turban.
