While Aditi is basking in the success of her web series, her old photos resurfaced, and it left her fans in shock as they claimed that she had probably done a lot of plastic surgeries.
Aditi caught the fans' attention after a user on X (previously Twitter) shared her old photos. The photo, which seemed to be from one of her films, she was decked up in an Indian saree, with a huge bindi, subtle makeup, and frizzy hair. As soon as the photo was shared, netizens wondered if she had undergone plastic surgery to achieve the flawless look she has now.

As soon as the post was made, netizens flooded the comments section. One of the users wrote the list of surgeries, Aditi might have opted for. Another one commented, "Plastic surgeon here. I still don’t understand why celebrities don’t like to share publically they underwent cosmetic surgery. Normal people literally boast about it. Coming back to Aditi's role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series, in an interview with Zoom TV, she talked about her viral walk from the song, Saiyaan Hatto Jao. The moment Aditi's snippet from the song was posted on IG, within nanoseconds, it went viral. Netizens praised her real beauty and how she took pride in her curves while performing the walk of love. Aditi shared that during the shoot of the song, when she wore the ghagra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali remarked that she had gained weight.
However, Aditi asked Sanjay Leela Bhansali to give her ten days, so she would lose weight as it was COVID time. To this, he denied it and stated that they would start the shooting. Aditi added this is the reason why she admires Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She was quoted as saying:
"When I had put on the Ghagra, Sanjay Sir told me that I had put on weight. I asked him to give me 10 days since it was post Covid. He said, ‘No you look beautiful. Let’s shoot.' I really value that. That's why I say he is an incredible teacher."
