The OTT giant, Netflix unveiled the trailer of its four-part docu-series, The Romantics, which is an ode to celebrate the legacy of Yash Chopra, regarded as the ‘Father of Romance’. The series features all the movies made by the iconic director, who had gifted some of the most loved romantic films to the Indian cinema under his banner, YRF films.
In the trailer of the docu-series, we got glimpses of three generations of actors pouring their hearts out about Hindi cinema and Yash Chopra’s major contribution to it. The trailer featured 35 personalities like Rishi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, Madhuri Dixit, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Bhumi Pednekar, Karan Johar and few others.

Hailing Yash Chopra’s body of work, Karan Johar shared that he would watch every film, but it was Yash Chopra’s film that caught his eye. Rani Mukerji also heaped praises on the late filmmaker and shared that it was he, who believed in her and wanted her to represent the modern Indian woman.

During the interview, when the interviewer says that Yash Chopra’s son, Aditya Chopra is going to give an interview on his late father, it comes as a surprise to other stars as Aditya is a very private person. Talking about the same, Madhuri Dixit can be heard saying:
“He is very private, he hates going out.”

Yash Chopra and Pamela Chopra’s elder son, Aditya Chopra is the scion of YRF, who is also referred to as the reclusive brain behind the production house. He rarely talks to the media, and it was in 1995 when he gave an interview for a print magazine. The man who gave wings to some of the leading millennial actors will face the camera for the first time.

On the personal front, Aditya Chopra got married to actress, Rani Mukerji in 2014 in an intimate ceremony. In December 2015, Rani and Aditya had become proud parents of a baby girl, whom they named Adira. It was in 2009 when Aditya separated from his first wife, Payal Khanna. Rani, who rarely speaks about her personal life, talked about her husband, Aditya Chopra, for the first time in 2014. In an interview with The Times of India, Rani revealed that it was Aditya, who had expressed his feelings for her first and for their first date, he went to her home and asked her out in front of her parents.
