There’s a reason why ‘marriage’ holds such a special place and meaning in our lives. According to the Oxford dictionary, the meaning of marriage reads as “The legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship.” Felt anything? No emotions, right? Now, let’s put some emotions into it with a dialogue from a Bollywood movie. There’s no doubt that everyone has seen Kabir Singh at least for once, now skip all those romantic scenes, smoking, drinking, and jump to the scene where Shahid Kapoor talks to his dad when his grandmother passed away. Remember that dialogue (arguably the best), “Life mein paida hona, pyaar karna aur mar jaana, yeh 10% moments sabse important hote hai, baaki 90% are just reactions to them.” This is what we all lack to feel, that if we want to be happy in the long-run then we should start concentrating on the things that we can’t buy. Falling in love with a person and then marrying the same person are two completely different things. The reason we are saying this is the fact that some people prefer leaving a relationship rather than coping up with each other’s flaws. However, there are many couples out there, who stood with each other in the most difficult of times and are now enjoying a happy married life. For instance, let’s have a look at the weddings that happened recently in Bollywood. From Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas to Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi, and many more, no wonder, weddings have taken over the Bollywood industry and we already have another rumoured couple getting ready to tie the knot of their life soon.
