He is currently facing serious allegations of sexual misconduct and human trafficking after multiple women came forward with claims against him. After being under house arrest for seven months, he was released in August 2024 but faces restrictions, as per a BBC report.

Adnan Sami counter attacked Andrew Tate's racist comment and said that the jacket smelled of love. He also took a dig at Andrew Tate's criminal records and said:

"WRONG… IT SMELLED OF ‘LOVE’ & THE BEST PART WAS THAT NONE OF THE AUDIENCE MEMBERS WERE ‘RA--STS’ NOR ‘CHILD TRAFFICKERS’ LIKE WHAT YOU’RE ACCUSED OF & ARRESTED FOR, WHICH SURELY SMELLS OF SHIT!! So STFU!"
