During the Weekend Ka Vaar's episode of Bigg Boss 15, the show’s host, Salman Khan came down harshly on Afsana Khan for her mean comments and unaccepted actions towards the other contestants of the show. He had expressed his displeasure over her unruly behaviour inside the house and had asked her to mend her ways. The actor had also slammed her for age-shaming and harming herself while fighting with others. Now, her fiance, Punjabi singer, Sajan Sharma aka Saajz, has come forward to defend her.
In an interview with The Times of India, Saajz shared that Afsana is a sensitive person who needs to be treated politely. Talking about the same, he said, “Afsana is strong and has a clean heart. She is finding it difficult to adjust with others and is facing issues inside the house because she doesn’t understand politics. Jitne bade celebs hain ghar mein unko pata hona chahiye ki ek sensitive insaan ko kaise handle karna chahiye. I agree that she may have said a few things, which were not right and was aggressive but she stood for herself."

Talking about Salman's comments on Afsana's behaviour, Saajz said, “Salman sir is our senior and hum unki kisi bhi baat ka bura nahi maan sakte.Hamaare star guru log hamein gaali bhi de ya samjhaaye toh hum uska bura maan hi nahi sakte. I have seen people being pulled up by Salman sir in previous editions of the reality show aur unki life bann gayi hai. So, I won’t feel bad even if he pulls up Afsana in the next episode as well."
For the unversed, in the last week’s episode, Afsana's team had failed to win a task and therefore, she had picked a fight with the referee of the task, Shamita Shetty. Afsana had then made rude comments against Shamita and had also body-shamed her. Afsana had also cursed Vishal Kotian which had made the housemates enraged who had then asked her to keep quiet. Later, Salman Khan had addressed the same issue and had sarcastically called Afsana “superstar of the season.” Recalling the incidents, Salman had said, “I'll tell you what all you have said. ‘Shamita buddhi hai. Ghar baithne ka time hai tera. Ghatiya aurat.' Will you decide who is cheap?" To which, Afsana had apologised and had said, “Aap bade ho.”
Afsana Khan is lucky to have a deep understanding with her fiance, Saajz.
