The popular business reality show, Shark Tank India, has already garnered huge recognition among the Indian masses. Moreover, the Sharks, including Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Ashneer Grover and many others, also gained an immense fan following on their respective social media pages. However, many netizens also criticised the show for its melodramatic approach. Once again, a LinkedIn user penned curated details of the judges facing huge losses in their company. But he also received hate mail for it.
A LinkedIn user, Ankit Uttam penned down a lengthy post mentioning the Shark Tank India judges' companies facing huge losses in real life. He mentioned that he never liked the show starting from the first season as the companies, which are run by the judges, are running into massive losses. He began his post by explaining:
"Shark Tank India has never worked for me as a show from its first season, unlike its US counterpart. In the US version of the show, every judge (Barbara Corcoran, Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, and Kevin O'Leary) is running businesses that actually turn a profit instead of riding on VC money or drowning in huge losses. So I decided to delve deeper into the businesses of each shark starting from Season 1."

In his lengthy post, Ankit talked about the judges one after the other and their companies' losses and profits in the Fiscal year of 2021 and 2022. He pointed out that Vineeta Singh's SUGAR Cosmetics, Ghazal Alagh's Mamaearth, Peyush Bansal's Lenskart and all others have somehow faced losses in the last two fiscal years. Moreover, he compared Namita Thapar with Bollywood actress, Ananya Panday by claiming that the former is part of the company of which her father is the CEO.

Further, he mentioned that Anupam Mittal's other brands than Shaadi.com don't seem to make it to the news ever and that Ashneer Grover was removed in 2022 from BharatPe. However, the company's losses in the last fiscal year, would also be helmed under his leadership. Not only that, Ankit also credited his sources for penning down such a post.
However, soon Ankit got a hate mail on LinkedIn from an unnamed user. The hate mail mentioned that Ankit had been talking nonsense in his previous post and was cursed for the same. But, both his posts regarding Shark Tank India are going viral on the internet. Check out:
