Aishhwarya Rai Shares A Strong Message On Caste And Religion, Says, 'There Is Only One God And He..'

Aishwarya Rai is the epitome of beauty, grace and elegance. The actress is not just a phenomenal artist but also a kind-hearted and intellectual human being. While the actress stays away from public chaos, the very few times she appears and addresses a gathering, she always leaves the fans mesmerised. Something similar happened when Aishwarya took the stage at the centenary celebration of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. 

Aishwarya Rai's strong message about caste and religion

Asishwarya Rai attended the birth centenary celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in Puttaparthi (Andhra Pradesh), when she delivered a strong speech on caste and religion. The actress's words soon became a topic of discussion online as the video surfaced on social media. In the video shared by ANI, the Bollywood diva expressed her gratitude to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for attending the event. She paid homage to Sri Sathya Sai Baba and talked about his teachings.

Aishwarya Rai recalled the five D's, which included Discipline, Dedication, Devotion, Determination and Discrimination and urged everyone to spread love. In a video circulating online, the actress discusses how there is only one God and that he is omnipresent. She cited that the only religion that exists is love, the only cast is humanity, and the only language is the one of the heart. Aishwarya was quoted as saying:

"There is only one caste, the caste of humanity. There is only one religion, the religion of love. There is only one language, the language of the heart, and there is only one God, and he is omnipresent."

Aishwarya Rai's personal life

Aishwarya Rai married actor Abhishek Bachchan in April 2007, and the couple soon welcomed a beautiful little angel, Aaradhya Bachchan, who was born on November 16, 2011. However, as social media's reach grew and Aishwarya stepped back from the screen to be a permanent presence in her daughter's life, rumours of trouble in their marriage also gained momentum. Nonetheless, it was in 2024 when these specualtions became wildfire and left everyone shocked. 

It all started after the couple appeared separately for the media at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. Later, Aishwarya also shared photos from daughter Aaradhya's birthday bash, which did not feature any of the Bachchan family members, including her husband, Abhishek. Abhishek was also not seen cheering for Aishwarya during her Cannes appearance this year. In fact, the actor skipped wishing his wife on social media on her birthday or their anniversary again this year.

Previously, Amitabh Bachchan had shared a post seemingly addressing speculations surrounding their family’s personal affairs. In the note, he stated that he rarely speaks about his family because it's his personal life and he maintains his privacy. However, he affirmed that "speculations are speculations" and that the rumours circulating are unverified, speculative falsehoods. He further added:

"Seekers seek verification to authenticate their business and credentials in the profession they are in. I shall not challenge their desire to be in the profession of their choice, and I shall appreciate their efforts in serving society. But untruths, or selected question-marked information, can be a legal safeguard for those who inform, but the seed of suspected belief is sown with this most used emblem, the question mark?"
