Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are known to be one of the most evergreen couples among the current generation of B-Town couples. The duo make for a perfect match-in-heaven. Fast forward to today, there are enjoying more than sixteen years of togetherness along with their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.
Abhishek and Aishwarya’s most favourite thing to do together is to head out for vacations. For instance, in 2018, the madly-in-love couple, Abhishek and Aishwarya along with their daughter, Aaradhya had headed out to Goa to celebrate Aishwarya’s birthday. While the couple was strictly against getting papped in their personal time together, nonetheless, a few pictures were still leaked from their vacation. In the snapshots, the happy family was seen enjoying their hearts out in a pool. However, what caught our attention was the fact that Aishwarya looked like a true-blue diva clad in a black-hued monokini. On the other hand, Abhishek wore yellow-hued shorts, while their daughter stunned in an orange-hued swimsuit.

Well, Abhishek Bachchan found his ladylove in Aishwarya Rai, and their case was a love at first sight. However, it was not just physical attraction or a bare romantic relationship. Speaking up about the same in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Abhishek had once revealed the real reason for marrying Aishwarya. In his words:
“That's not the basis of my relationship with Aishwarya. It's not about - you're hot and let's get married. It's not that. I married her for the human being that she is, not because she is the most successful actor we have or she is the international face of the Indian cinema because she is one of the most beautiful women. No, it's not. At the end of the day, when you come back home from a hard day at work, you go to bed and you have to face certain realities about how the person is like. These faces that we have come off at night without makeup. I married her for that person."
In many instances, Abhishek Bachchan has opened up about many anecdotes about his personal life with wifey, Aishwarya, which also includes both appreciative and critical remarks. For instance, while gracing the controversial celebrity chat show, Koffee With Karan, Abhishek remarked how his wifey has quite a contradictory nature, which he finds appreciative. In his words:
“What's really cool about her, which is a bit of a contradiction, but it's nice about her, she's like the epitome of grace, and she's very feminine, and she's a lady, and she gets treated like that. But at heart, she's just another… she's a buddy. You could ask any of my friends who I hang out (with). You can ask Uday (Chopra), ask Duggu (Hrithik Roshan), ask anyone. She likes to get in there and have fun."

When it comes to professional achievements, Abhishek Bachchan has not been able to create much of a mark as an actor, as compared to his actor-parents, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Thus, it has also led him to face a lot of criticism and trolling, which has obviously hurt him on many occasions. However, it has been his wifey, Aishwarya who has been beside him in such tough situations and inspired him to deal with it all. Speaking about the same, Abhishek once mentioned:
“My wife once told me that, 'you get 10,000 positive comments but you get affected by one negative comment. You should concentrate on positivity and experience the beauty of the positive world'. So, I always try to look at things with positivity.”
