When we were young and silly, our favourite festival was Holi. A week before we used to plan and cover all the spots, where we would want to drench our favourite enemy with colours and water balloon. There was sheer happiness which we felt while preparing for the water balloons match. It is the only day of the year when the entire family unites together and rekindle their bond over thandai, mithai and lots of colours. Every year, Holi brings back those best memories of childhood. While the entire nation is busy celebrating the festival of colours, B-Town isn't far behind. The Bachchan family kickstarted the festival with Holika Dahan. On March 9, 2020, the Bachchan's bahu, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took to her Instagram handle and shared adorable pictures from their Holia Dahan celebration. Along with it, Aishwarya wrote, "Happy Holi to All, Love and Light." In one of the picture, we spotted her posing with her little girl, Aaradhya, who was wearing a pink dress. Take a look at their celebration pictures below:
Like all the mothers, Aishwarya is also extremely close to her daughter, Aaradhya and in an interview with the DNA, she had accepted that she just cannot live without her even for a second. The Jodha Akbar actress had said, “I can see a mini-me in Aaradhya. I go every day with her to school to drop and pick her up. I do it because I like to do it. I enjoy the time that we spend together. I’m blissed out and that’s the contentment that everyone gets to see. I’m glad about the choices I’ve made with regards to her. I’ll continue being protective, but I’ll still keep on trying to make everything normal.” (Also Read: Shilpa Shetty Kundra Finally Brings Newborn Daughter, Samisha Home With Raj Kundra And Viaan Kundra)

In the same interview, Aishwarya had also talked about the paparazzi culture and revealed her thoughts on it. She had stated, “Usually, when kids are in the spotlight, they tend to lose their innocence. Aaradhya has still managed to retain that. I have tried to give her a normal upbringing and have never made much ado about it. At the same time, we also have to accept that this is and will be her reality.”
We remember there was a time when Aishwarya used to get criticised for hiding Aaradhya's face from paparazzi. In the same interview, she had shared the reason behind it and had revealed, “When Aaradhya was much younger, I had seen a few international celebs having discussions about maintaining security for their kids and that does shape the way you are when your time comes. Your protective instincts are naturally strong towards your newborn. It’s what I reacted and responded to — there wasn’t any panic or drama to it. It wasn’t about covering my baby’s face from being photographed. It was just about protecting her from the mayhem and flashlights.” (Don't Miss: Kajol Reacts To Her Daughter, Nysa Devgan Getting Trolled, Reveals How She Handles It)
