Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan are one of the most sought-after couples in Bollywood. The duo is rightly classified as a power couple who have set the inspiration for many of their fans to look up to. Their relationship can be summarised as the perfect balance of sugar and spice, and it is their daughter, Aaradhya who makes everything nice between them. For the unversed, the duo fell in love while working together on the film, Umrao Jaan and tied the knot in 2007.
Much like any other regular couple, Aishwarya and Abhishek have also gone through some testing times in their relationship. Nevertheless, they have always strived to fight it all boldly and rebound together stronger than ever. However, it was Aishwarya, who once, during her stint in The Kapil Sharma Show had revealed a fun anecdote about the fights that she has with her hubby. The former Miss World had shared how she is the first one to apologise after a fight and end the topic. In her words:
“No. I am the one who apologises first and finishes the topic."

Despite being a star kid, Abhishek Bachchan has somehow not been able to create that much charisma in the film industry, equivalent to that of his parents, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. As a result, he has been quite frequently compared with his illustrious parents and in fact, brutally trolled and judged for the same. Speaking about the same, Abhishek’s darling wife, Aishwarya had once spoken up on his behalf and had mentioned how he deals with it all. In her words:
“Abhishek does what he has to do or what he feels like doing… to each his own. There have been instances where he has been silent for years and made a choice to remain silent and then once a while he decides to engage and then he does. There is no telling if he will or if he won’t, it is a matter of at that time.”
Aishwarya and Abhishek had been a true-blue filmy couple as it was their very relationship that had blossomed on the sets of the films that they had worked on together. Interestingly, it was a one-sided affair from Abhishek for the longest time, before eventually Aishwarya, too, reciprocated the feelings. In one of his earlier interviews, Abhishek had once spoken about how doing back-to-back films with Aishwarya gradually led to the beautiful unfolding of their love story. He had mentioned:
“I was working with Aishwarya during the start of my career. Our first film together was Dhai Akshar Prem Ke in 2000 and we were friends since then. Simultaneously, we signed another film together called Kuch Na Kaho. We always had a close friendship and in time, it evolved into something more than that."

Well, Aishwarya once recalled the deja-vu kind of situation that she faced in her life, as at one point she had witnessed her professional work being a reflection of her personal life. Well, in one of her interviews with Filmfare, Aishwarya had recalled a moment during the shooting of the song, Khwaja Mere Khwaja from her film, Jodhaa Akbar with Hrithik Roshan where she was spotted decked up all in a bridal avatar. During its filming, Aishwarya encountered a surreal experience since, nearly around at that time, Abhishek Bachchan had proposed to her for marriage. Speaking about the same, Aishwarya had said:
“I remember. During the shoot of Jodha Akbar's song 'Khwaja Mere Khwaja', sitting as a bride, and I am like, omg this is surreal, all happening on-screen, off-screen, this is bizarre.”
