Recently, Ranjana asked Ankita for a grandchild, and Vicky opened up about why it wasn't happening.
Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain were much-loved for their stint on Laughter Chefs. The power couple were retained for the show's second season, which is set to start airing on January 25, 2025. The makers have been amping up the excitement for Laughter Chefs' comeback by releasing multiple promos, and one of them featured Ankita Lokhande's mother and mother-in-law making an appearance.
During the segment, Ankita's mother-in-law, Ranjana, was seen telling Bharti Singh and Harpal Singh Sokhi that she was there to drop her 'sone jaisi bahu.' Ankita's mother reacted to the statement by joking that Ankita was the only one being showered with all the love. Vicky Jain's mother then quipped:
"Par woh pyaar ka prashad hi nahi mil raha."
Ankita's mother-in-law seemed to indirectly be hinting at her and Vicky giving her a grandchild. Bharti raised the same questions and suggestively indicated a baby bump. The laughter queen further added to the humour of the situation by threateningly asking, "Aapka hausla kisne giraya mujhe batao."
Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande looked embarrassed by the request for a grandchild. However, they, too, sprinkled a bit of humour on the situation, with Ankita saying, "Main kab se yaha par jholi faila ke baithi hoon. Baby daal de." However, it was Vicky's quick response that caught everyone's attention and had them in splits of laughter. Vicky can be quoted as saying:

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain were thrilled with the arrival of their little bundle of joy, Mau. Ankita shared a collaborative video on her IG account with Vicky Jain in which they were bringing home their daughter, Mau. However, in a quirky twist, Mau wasn't a little baby but an adorable kitten! Ankita penned in her caption:
"Welcome to the family, our little princess, Mau Lokhande Jain! You're the newest addition to our family, mommy and Daddy are already head over heels in love with you! Your tiny meows and cuddles have stolen our hearts. May your little paws bring immense joy and happiness to our lives."
Ankita further shared that she and Vicky were already head over heels in love with Mau and couldn't wait to explore life with the munchkin. She revealed that Mau's soft meows and cute antics had already won her heart, and she was overwhelmed to be starting this new journey as a 'pawrent.'
