Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's love story is known to all, and there have been some rumours that the duo will tie the knot soon. However, neither of them has ever denied nor accepted the fact but has hinted at it many times. For the unversed, the much-in-love couple had started dating since they had first met on the shooting floors of their film, Brahmastra in 2018.
Both of the actors have been riding high on their professional success. However, on March 27, 2022, when the famous bridal designer, Beena Kannan had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a picture with the couple, it had stirred their wedding news even more. In the photo, Alia had worn a cream-coloured ensemble while Ranbir had donned a blue-hued shirt. The couple was seen posing with the designer.

Amidst all the wedding buzz around, Gangubai Kathiawadi actress, Alia Bhatt revealed a fun fact about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor in a conversation with India Today. She stated herself as the 'dog' and Ranbir as the 'cat' in their relationship. She said:
“In our relationship, he’s the cat, I am the dog. Now you go figure. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with so much energy and Ranbir is like ‘Easy, easy, calm down, breathe.’ If there’s been an exciting day, he’s the one I’ll start re-enacting it to.”
Further going in the interview, the actress mentioned that she is full of energy while Ranbir is much calmer and more composed. She shared that this is the reason why she depends upon him so much. She even added that she relies upon him to pass on that calmness.

In an interview with NDTV, Ranbir Kapoor had opened up about the speculations regarding his wedding rumours with his Brahmastra co-star, Alia Bhatt. He had admitted that soon the much-in-love duo would tie the knot. However, he didn't mention the date, and when he was asked about this, he had given a hilariously reply. He had said:
"Mujhe paagal kutte ne nahi kaata hai ki main media ko announce kardu date. But Alia and I have all the intentions of getting married soon, so yes, hopefully soon."
Ranbir Kapoor's aunt, Rima Jain had also reacted to his April wedding and had clarified it. While talking to Pinkvilla, Rima had denied the news and had stated that it would be a shock for her if the news is true as they have not been prepared. She had shared:
"Nothing that I know of as yet. They will get married but I don’t know when. They will decide and then suddenly you'll will all get to know. Nothing like this. Hum log ne kuch prepare hi nahin kiya toh shaadi kaise itni jaldi hogi. It will be shocking for me also if it’s true. Wedding will definitely happen, but I don’t know when."
