Bollywood actress, Alia Bhatt became a mommy at the age of 30 when she gave birth to her baby girl, Raha Kapoor, on November 6, 2022. Since then, Alia has been juggling work and life, while leaving us stunned with her post-pregnancy transformation. While the new mommy is basking in the success of her Hollywood debut film, Heart Of Stone, she is also giving back-to-back interviews, revealing interesting details about her personal life.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Alia Bhatt opened up about some unheard anecdotes of her life and described herself as a foodie. Calling good food as her guilty pleasure, the new mommy shared that she loves french fries. She added:
“But I don’t think I’m guilty about it. I willingly take pleasure in it – not every day, but maybe once a week. I love food, especially French fries.”

Alia Bhatt got married to Ranbir Kapoor in 2022, and the duo had a baby a few months ago. Talking about her body has changed post-pregnancy, the actress revealed that she used to be critical about her body earlier, but now she feels at ease. Alia also expressed her surprise over the fact how miraculous the human body is and added:
“One of the things I was so surprised by was how miraculous the human body is. How it supports you, takes care of you and what it’s capable of doing. It’s so beautiful and also, so much work. When I was younger, I was a bit critical of my body, but this is what I’d tell my younger self: you have years ahead of you. Don’t worry about the way your body looks.”
On January 31, 2023, Alia Bhatt attended an event for Zee Cine Awards 2023 with her Kalank co-star, Varun Dhawan, and the duo sat for a conversation with some media persons. When the journalists asked Alia if she slowed down in her career after giving birth to her daughter, Raha, the actress gave a beautiful reply. The doting mommy stated that her biggest priority is her baby girl, Raha, and added that she prefers quality over quantity when it comes to films. In her words:
"My No.1 priority in my life right now is my daughter who I love deeply. But my first love, you can say is also a cinema and working. So, main koshish karungi. Shayad, it will be quality over quantity - which is not a bad thing."

Soon after embracing motherhood, Alia Bhatt got back to her fitness regime, leaving everyone stunned with her post-partum body transformation. In an interview with the Bombay Times, the actress revealed that she is in no rush to look a certain way. Stressing the importance of body positivity, Alia shared that her mantra is to listen to her body and not to be hard on herself. Talking about the same, she said that she loves food, she loves to eat, but she had to lose weight to act in films as she needed to look healthy and appealing.
