Alia Bhatt is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. The actress never ceases to mesmerise her fans with her gorgeousness and top-notch acting chops. Alia has been soaring high in her personal life as she recently debuted in Hollywood with the movie, Heart Of Stone. In her personal life, Alia got married to the love of her life, Ranbir Kapoor. And the duo is living the best phase of life with their adorable daughter, Raha. However, every now and then, we have seen Alia sharing details about her motherhood journey. In several interviews, she shared how being a mom changed her totally. And recently, Alia also shared some unheard anecdotes, revealing how the arrival of Raha changed her perspective on herself.
In an interview with Harper Bazaar, Alia Bhatt shared that after she gave birth to her daughter, Raha, she was surprised by noticing how miraculous the human body is. Speaking about the same, Alia shared:
"How miraculous the human body is. How it supports you, takes care of you and what it’s capable of doing. It’s so beautiful and also, it’s so much work for your body.”

In the same interview, Alia Bhatt mentioned that she was very conscious about her 'jiggly-wiggly arms'. Alia also shared that after Raha was born, she decided not to do that to herself again. The actress mentioned that she would like to tell her younger self that she has so many years ahead of her in life to worry about things that matters and not to worry about how her body looks. Alia Bhatt stated:
"When I was younger, I might have been a bit critical of my body, vis-a-vis my weight, in the way I looked. But this is what I’d tell my younger self: You have so many years ahead of you in life to worry about things that would actually be worrisome. Don’t worry about the way your body looks.”
After 1.5 months after Raha's birth, Alia Bhatt had taken to her IG handle and dropped a photo, wherein she could be seen doing a yoga pose. She penned a long note along with a glimpse of her post-partum fitness journey. In the note, the actress talked about body positivity. She also mentioned how she had been trying to find stability and balance once again and shared that she vows never to be hard on her body again.
Earlier in a conversation, Alia Bhatt revealed how being a mom has changed her entirely. The actress shared that although it's only been three weeks, it changed the way she looks at everything. Alia also mentioned that she really hopes that her heart is a little bit more open than it has ever been.

Earlier, during an interview with Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Alia Bhatt opened up about her beautiful moments with her baby girl, Raha. The actress mentioned that when she feeds Raha, the latter looks up at her and starts touching her face, and it's the best thing that has happened to her.
