Ranveer Singh Romances 20 Years Younger Sara Arjun, She Started Working As An Infant Model And More

Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar is making headlines for all the right reason. As soon as the trailer of the film was released, fans and friends lauded the storyline and effects in the film. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan and Sara Arjun. However, one star who has gained a lot of limelight is none other than Sara Arjun due to her age gap with the protagonist Ranveer Singh.

Who is Sara Arjun?

Sara Arjun is a young Indian actress. She was born in 2005 to Indian actor, Raj Arjun. He was famously known for playing the negative role of 'Farookh Malik' in the 2017 film, Secret Superstar, featuring Aamir Khan. On the other hand, her mother, Sanya Arjun, is a dance teacher. Sara's journey to fame started when she was just 18 months old as she made her debut as an infant model in a Television commercial. 

Later, she went on to become a famous child artist, appearing in over 100 advertorials. At the age of six, she gained a lot of love as she starred alongside Tamil superstar, Vikram, who played her father in the film, Thirumagal. Apart from this, Sara has also appeared in films across the Hindi, Tamil and Telugu film industries. She made her Bollywood debut with the 2013 film, Ek Thi Daayan. She is known for her roles in Saivam, Saand Ki Aankh and Ponniyin Selvan.

Sara Arjun is playing the love interest of the lead in the film, Dhurandhar. During the trailer launch event, Sara talked about her experience working in the film and stated that it was an absolute blessing to be part of it. She stated it was an honour to work with the most versatile actors of all time. It felt like a dream as she had been dreaming of it, and now it has happened to her. She was quoted as saying:

"It was an absolute blessing to be a part of this madness. These are some of the most versatile actors in our country. I have been dreaming of this my whole life, but now that it's finally happening, I keep asking my parents to pinch me. I just want to thank everyone for giving me this chance. Everybody has just been so good to me."

Talking about her audition, Aditya Dhar revealed that his team had conducted nearly 1,300 auditions before selecting Sara for the lead. He called her acting brilliant and simply the best. He also affirmed that Sara Arjun is going to be a rockstar.

Ranveer Singh's upcoming film, Dhurandhar, has left the audience enticed to book tickets asap. However, the makers have not released much about the storyline and kept it a surprise. But they confirmed that the film is based on real-life events, but they have not revealed the names upon which it is based.
