Ali Goni is a prominent face in the Hindi TV industry. However, amid the rising tensions between India and Pakistan, many celebrities came forward to express their concerns for their loved ones residing near the border. Earlier, Kashmir-based actor Aly Goni, also expressed his concerns about his family who live in Kashmir. However, when Aly posted a note on the Indo-Pak ceasefire, his entire comment section was filled with severe criticism. Now, the actor hits back at the haters through a tweet.
Aly has been facing extreme backlash after his comments on Pakistan’s violations of the ceasefire. For the unversed, on May 10, 2025, Aly made a post on his X handle (formerly Twitter) after India’s foreign secretary, Vikram Misri, asked Pakistan to take up the ceasefire agreement with utmost seriousness and responsibility. Aly wrote, “Urdu mein likhke bhejo English mein samaj nahi aaya hoga.” Now, the TV actor decided to respond to the hatred spread against him. Taking to his X handle, Aly tweeted:
“People want to abuse me please go on I don’t care at all.. I still want peace for my State for my Family for my country. AND that’s my opinion and will not change.. #ceasefire.”
Earlier, on May 9, 2025, Aly extended his gratitude to the Indian Air Force (IAF) when he was abroad for a shoot leaving behind his family in Kashmir. Aly took to his X-handle and expressed relief by knowing that his family was safe. Aly also stated that he was quite tense because of the ongoing Indo-Pak tensions. Aly’s tweet can be read as:
“I am out of India shooting and My family is in Jammu I was so mind F**Cked here.. thank god everyone is safe.. Thanks to our IAF.”
On May 9, 2025, Aly Goni shared a series of photos with his family members, including his parents, elders, children and their pet dog, who live in Kashmir. Taking to his Instagram handle, Aly penned down a heartfelt note expressing gratitude towards the Indian Air Force and the Indian Army. The actor also took a dig at the netizens, who are glorifying the war by posting it on their social media. He also slammed the netizens by stating that the people in their comfortable homes can never understand the pain of a family residing near the border. Sharing his concern over the rising tensions between India and Pakistan, Aly wrote:

“Sleepless and shattered, stuck out of India as my family in Jammu endures last night’s attack. My whole family, children, and parents face the terror of drones and unrest, yet some people glorify this war from the comfort of their homes, posting on social media. It’s not that easy for those near the border. Thanks to our IAF And Indian Army.”
