Amaal Mallik Confirms Parting Ways With The Mystery Girl After 'BB19', 'Never Been Lucky In Love...'

Amaal Mallik is a popular singer and music composer, who made headlines throughout his journey in Bigg Boss 19. Amaal ended up being one of the finalists of the reality show. In one of the early episodes of the show, Amaal Mallik had sent a special message for a mystery girl. However, after the show, multiple reports surfaced around them. Well, now the singer has opened up about the mystery girl.

Amaal Mallik reveals the mystery girl is no more in his life

Recently, Amaal Mallik had a candid conversation with Faridoon Shahryar, during which the singer opened up about his equation with the mystery girl. During a candid conversation, Amaal revealed that the two parted ways right after the show, hosted by Salman Khan and currently he is single. He was quoted as saying:

"I am single still. It did not work out the way I thought it would. Show ki wajah se woh ek cheez to life mein hat gayi. Yaani nahi hui mukammal wo baat aur ye do din Pehle hi ek understanding hai mujhe. Me and the special human being who I went out for dinner with the night before I came into this house, isn’t in my life today."

Amaal Mallik continued to mention the reason behind their breakup and shared that the girl did not belong to the world of chaos that Amaal lived in. The musician revealed that the mystery girl was not comfortable with the assumptions made by the audience and felt safe in parting ways with the singer. He also stated that he does not want to name the 'mystery girl' and explained that he has ‘never been lucky in love’. Amaal Mallik shared:

"Somewhere outside all of this chaos was a girl who didn’t belong to my world, my industry, my space. Someone who didn’t grow up learning how to survive gossip, speculation or public imagination. She didn’t understand why strangers were deciding her place in my life. And sadly, people around her and herself believed what they saw, what was written, heard and felt walking away was safer. So when people ask me today about the mystery girl, I smile not because there’s something to hide, but because there’s something I have already lost."

Amaal Mallik opened up about his Bigg Boss 19 journey

During the same chat with Faridoon Shahryar, Amaal also spoke about his Bigg Boss 19 journey. During the same he shared that during his journey, he was linked with multiple people, and some even threw dirt on his name and legacy. During the same, Amaal Mallik said:

"What I didn’t realize then was that reality gets re-written when cameras, edits and people’s imaginations come together. It was a connection that grew quietly. I would like to hand it to people inside as well, who played their games well. To throw dirt on my name, sometimes journey, my love story, my intent, my legacy. I didn’t ever say anything on the show to tease the audience to get some attention."
