Amaal Mallik has been leading the headlines ever since he became a part of Bigg Boss 19. The singer has been hogging the headlines this year, given that he first announced cutting ties with his family members, and now he is in the Bigg Boss house, making statements, igniting and getting involved in fights, which has helped him stay in the headlines. Now, in a recent interview, he called his uncle, Anu Malik, an 'evil-hearted' person, and also shared that he had gotten womb trauma, given the fact that his mother had to struggle during a time when she was pregnant with him.
Talking to Baseer Ali, Amaal first praised Anu Malik for taking forward his grandfather, Sardar Malik's legacy. He further revealed that his uncle, Anu, is an 'evil-hearted' person. Revealing the reason, Amaal said that Anu Malik once called his father, Daboo Malik, for a mock recording session and even had him record a song that Udit Narayan had already sung several years ago. Amaal said that his father never recovered from that betrayal. Amaal also blamed his aunt for Anu Malik's changed behaviour, stating that 'wives are a big issue'.
During the same conversation, Amaal Mallik recalled an incident from his childhood when Anu Malik and his family abandoned him when he was struggling to beat the water in the low-lying area, which was filled with water up to his chest. Amaal shared that he was only 7 years old, and his uncle's family saw his condition, but still locked their car doors, leaving him right there. Amaal went on to reveal how he was then saved by his father's friend's wife, and how a huge brawl took place that day. He said:
"Juhu used to be flooded with water, and I must have been 7 years old. It is a low-lying area. This family (uncle’s family) saw me outside the gate, struggling, crying, and the water was up to my chest. Their car was parked in front of me and I saw them locking the doors of their car. They left me, just deserted me. There were manholes on the roads. My father’s friend’s wife saw me, took me inside her car and dropped me home. When I was standing, I was waving my hand and I saw my aunt, driver and them inside. They saw me and pressed the door lock. When I returned home and shared the incident, bawaal hogaya ghar par (there was chaos at home). That’s why I’m an aggressive kid."
In the same interview, Amaal Mallik revealed that he has womb trauma. Revealing the reason behind the same, Amaal said that his mom had to struggle a lot when she was pregnant with him. Amaal shared that his mom had to listen to a whole lot of things, and she had to work a lot too, as she was living in a joint family. Recalling this, Amaal mentioned that his mom had angrily hit a cupboard, and all of these events actually helped them reach where they are today. Amaal said:
"People say, I abuse a lot. I have a womb trauma, boss. Meri mom ko bahut kuch sunaya gaya (my mother was taunted a lot) when she was pregnant with me. They used to make her work a lot as she was living in a joint family. One day, she just smashed her hand on a cupboard in anger. She went through all this to make us reach where we are today."
For the unversed, Amaal is a famous singer in the Hindi film industry, and a few days ago, he announced cutting ties with his family, as reportedly, the actions of his close ones caused him depression.
