Abhishek Bachchan is one of the most talented actors in the Hindi film industry. He is the son of legendary actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan and is married to former Miss World and actress, Aishwarya Rai. His personal life is currently dominating headlines for all the wrong reasons, as he is speculated to be heading for a separation from his wife, Aishwarya. The couple prefers not to speak about the issue due to their daughter, Aaradhya, but the rumour mills are churning with gossip about their impending divorce.
According to reports by CNBC TV18, Abhishek Bachchan has purchased ten flats in Mulund West, Mumbai, for a staggering Rs 24.95 crore. His father, Amitabh Bachchan, co-invested these ten properties as part of a family investment strategy. According to the same report, the registration paperwork that Square Yards, a real estate website, was able to get for their apartments in Eternia, Oberoi Realty’s upscale residential development. The carpet areas of eight of these ten units are 1,049 square feet (sq. ft.). The remaining two units are 912 square feet in size. There are two parking spots for each apartment.

The Bachchan father-son duo have already paid Rs 1.5 crore in stamp duty for these ten properties. Amitabh Bachchan paid Rs. 10.18 crore for the four apartments, while Abhishek paid Rs. 14.77 crore for the remaining six. After purchasing ten apartments, the Bachchan household has invested Rs 100 crore in real estate this year.
It seems like real estate is a new passion for Abhishek Bachchan, as the actor had added another lavish property to the family's holdings near his father's Jalsa. As per a report by Bombay Times, Abhishek Bachchan, a few days back, invested in an under-construction property in Borivali, Mumbai, which is close to his father, Amitabh Bachchan's family home, Jalsa.
The report also revealed that the Bachchans own several properties in the same area, and this is just another addition to their collection. The property, with its stunning view of the Juhu beach, has also caught the eye of actor, Akshay Kumar, who has also invested in the same property. This celebrity connection adds an extra layer of excitement to the story. Although, no monetary information has yet been revealed about Abhishek Bachchan's new purchase, this deal is surely intriguing, as he bought six new flats in Mumbai only two months back.
