Abhishek Bachchan, a Bollywood stalwart, has carved a niche for himself with his exceptional talent. His cinematic journey began in 2000 with the film, Refugee, a testament to his lineage as the son of the legendary actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Abhishek’s recent release, I Want To Talk To You, has been garnering massive response from film critics who praised the actor and director, Shoojit Sircar for the masterpiece. And now, Amitabh Bachchan sang praises of his son.
Abhishek Bachchan's recently released film, I Want To Talk, has been in the news for a while now. A fan page of Junior Bachchan shared a snippet of the film on X (former Twitter) where he was talking about resilience. Reposting the clip on his X account, Amitabh Bachchan wrote:
"Profound and filled with merit .. your humanity and your departure from any vanity as an actor in I WANT TO TALK , is what makes you superior !! With God’s grace, the blessings of Grandpa and Grandma, and The love and affection of the entire family, always! Goodness brings good results! And you are very good."
Amitabh Bachchan praised Abhishek's humanity and applauded how he walked out of the vanity van in his character and did complete justice to the role. On top of that, he also claimed that Abhishek is full of merit and is a profound actor. He concluded that God will always bless him with good results as he is a good human being.
Rumour mills are buzzing with speculation of a family dispute going on in the Bachchan clan. While no one ever commented on the same, a few days ago, Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog and reacted to the 'speculations'. And again, he dropped an angry post on his Twitter, leaving everyone wondering if it was a reaction to the non-stop buzz about Abhishek and Aishwarya. On December 2, 2024, Amitabh dropped a tweet containing the word 'chup', which means 'please be silent', followed by an angry-faced emoticon.
On November 21, 2024, Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog and penned a note wherein he talked about the 'untruth' and 'speculations'. The actor expressed his concern about the 'unverified truths', explaining how people often use the 'question marks' with speculations and unverified truths, which works for them like a legal safeguard, but this also ends up placing the seed of belief in other's minds as well. He emphasized the harmful effects of such speculations, urging for a more responsible approach to news.
