Amitabh Bachchan is one of the iconic actors of his generation. He has worked in a number of films and is still working even at the age of 81. On the work front, he was last seen in Nag Ashwin's directorial, Kalki 2898 AD, co-starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. The film received immense appreciation, and now, Amitabh revealed why he wants to catch his son, Abhishek Bachchan, and granddaughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, to talk about his film, Kalki 2898 AD.
Recently, Amitabh Bachchan sat for a conversation with his film, Kalki 2898 AD's director, Nag Ashwin for the Vyjayanthi Movies YouTube channel. During their conversation, Amitabh spoke to Nag about the film’s success, and the positive response that his performance has received. For the unknown, in the science-fiction mythological film, Amitabh was seen in the role of 'Ashwatthama', a character from the epic Mahabharata. Nag heaped praises on Amitabh and said that whoever he speaks to thanks him for presenting Bachchan in such a new version, However, Amitabh, who revealed that he watched the movie four times already, brushed off the compliment, and said:
“I just feel that the compliment isn’t to me, it’s to the concept and the character. It speaks volumes about the film. It’s not a compliment about a certain star, and they liked their performance, and so on and so forth… When they compliment a Prabhas or a Deepika, they’re actually complimenting the concept of the director, Nag, who was able to conceive and put together this story.”

Thus, the actor revealed his wish to catch his son, Abhishek Bachchan and granddaughter, Aaradhya Bachchan to talk about his film, Kalki 2898 AD. Revealing how it would be an interesting subject, Amitabh added:
“It’s all very well to ask people coming out of the theatre what they felt, but we need to catch some people, the youngsters, and say, ‘Let’s sit down and have a chat and talk about what did you actually see, what was going through your mind?’ It would make a very interesting subject. I’m going to catch Abhishek and my granddaughter, and have a chat with them.”
Amitabh is extremely close to his granddaughter, Aaradhya. However, once in one of the seasons of KBC, Amitabh revealed that he doesn't get much time to spend with Aaradhya. The actor shared that it is because of his profession, but they usually spend quality time on Sundays. Talking more about his pothi, Amitabh revealed that Aaradhya is all grown up now, and she only indulges in mature things like memory games, online tennis, and football.
