Amitabh Bachchan Posts Strange Tweet At Night, Leads To Jokes On Jaya Bachchan, 'Ghar Se Nikal..'

Amitabh Bachchan's stardom is still unmatched in Hindi cinema. There have been many superstars, however, through his performances, Amitabh Bachchan has established himself as the 'Shahenshah' of Bollywood. Apart from his movies, the veteran actor has also made quite a few headlines with his very active X (formerly Twitter) account. Recently, a two-word tweet of the veteran actor, posted late at night on October 15, 2025, has sparked a flurry of jokes on him and his wife, Jaya Bachchan. 

Amitabh Bachchan shares a cryptic tweet with two words only 

Amitabh Bachchan maintains an active social media presence, especially on X. All of the veteran actor's tweets are numbered consecutively as T1, T2, and so on. Late at night, around 11 p.m. on October 15, 2025, in a tweet numbered T 5533, Amitabh Bachchan posted a strange tweet with just two words that said:

"Nikal Diya."

There has been no context provided on what this tweet actually means. Interestingly, on the same day he posted this note, Amitabh Bachchan had earlier shared another note thanking everyone for wishing him on his 83rd birthday and apologising for his late response, citing phone issues. Hours before the 'nikal diya' tweet, Big B had shared:

"T 5532 - My apologies first to all that have wished me for the 11th of October, my birthday, and not received a response from me .. my Mobile is suddenly misbehaving and I have not been able to respond.. My gracious gratitude and affection."

Amitabh Bachchan's tweet leads to jokes on Jaya Bachchan by netizens 

After the veteran star posted the tweet late at night, many people commented on it joking about his alleged affair with actress, Rekha and his wife, Jaya Bachchan. Referring to 'nikal diya', one X user wrote, "Rekha ji ko dil se ya Jaya ji ko ghar se?" Another netizen commented, "Bahut acha kiya, pata nahi app 1973 (Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan's wedding year) se unhe kese jhel rahe the." A third user said, "Jaya Bachchan Ji Ne Ghar Se Nikal Diya?" A fourth comment stated:

"Kisko? You are a perfect example of why people should leave Social media gracefully after a certain age."

Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan first crossed paths in the 1971 film Guddi. However, as per reports, their relationship had not started then. The two became closer while working on the film, Ek Nazar. At the time, Jaya was a well-established actress in the industry, while Amitabh Bachchan was struggling with many flops under his belt. Both Raza Murad and Javed Akhtar, in separate interviews, have talked about how Jaya had confidence in Amitabh and saw something in him. It was she who recommended Amitabh's name for the lead role of Zanjeer. This blockbuster film paved the way for Amitabh Bachchan's journey to stardom. 

Following the success of Zanjeer, Jaya and Amitabh Bachchan tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on June 3, 1973. They have two children, Shweta and Abhishek. Their marriage has gone through a lot of ups and downs, marred by rumours of an extramarital affair, financial issues, and more.
