Amol Parashar Finally Breaks Silence On Dating Buzz With Konkona Sensharma, 'Agar Kuch Hoga Toh...'

The actor has been making headlines for quite some time due to whispers about his alleged relationship with Bollywood actress, Konkona Sensharma. The buzz intensified when the latter arrived at the Gram Chikitsalay screening event with Amol by her side. Amid swirling speculations, Amol has broken his silence, cheekily recalling Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s hush-hush dating phase.

Amol Parashar reacts to dating buzz with Konkona Sensharma

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Amol Parashar responded to the ongoing dating rumours with Konkona Sensharma, revealing that people started making these speculations without even asking him about it. While the actor neither confirmed nor denied the dating rumours, he said that when the time is right, he would share about his relationship on social media himself. Amol was quoted as saying:

“Nobody asked me. Instead, everyone started bringing their assumptions to the table. Earlier, I would react to every news, but now I have learnt to just move on. Agar kuch hoga aur mujhe share karna hoga, toh I will share it on social media myself. See, you have people in life. Kisi se aap close hote hain, aur kisi se aap zyaada close hote hain. Naming every relation is not necessary... Aap khush, samne waala khush aur gharwale khush, that’s it!”

Amol Parashar draws a parallel with Vicky Kaushal’s secret dating life with Katrina Kaif

While Amol doesn’t believe in labelling all relationships, during the same conversation, he also drew a parallel with his Sardar Udham co-star, Vicky Kaushal, when he was secretly dating Katrina Kaif. Recalling their shoot days at the sets of Sardar Udham, Amol shared how Vicky was secretly dating Katrina back then, but didn’t want to reveal it to the public yet. In Amol’s words:

“I remember something similar happening with Vicky, and I was like: ‘Bhai, bata do sabko because people are asking me’. And he was like: ‘I will, at the right time’... Logon ko mazaa aa raha hai. Aap karlo kitni bhi acting, views link-up news ko hi milte hain.”

Amol shares his views on marriage

The 38-year-old actor was also asked about his views on the marriage front, to which he admitted his family once nudged him towards settling down, but they have grown used to his unpredictable ways. With a chuckle, Amol shared that he has no certainty on that front, and he would like to surprise himself. The actor remarked:

“Kuch bhi ho sakta hai. I love surprising myself, and my family knows that. Agar shaadi hogi, toh I, too, will post it on Insta (laughs), as that’s what matters to everyone. But as of now, I have nothing to talk about.”

Amol has previously confirmed being in a relationship, but refused to disclose the partner’s identity. However, speculations about his lady love intensified when the actor arrived at the special screening of his new web series, Gram Chikitsalay, at Khar’s Excel Entertainment Office with Konkona Sensharma.
