Amrita Singh and Sara Ali Khan, in an interview with the Vogue, spoke about the little moments that strengthened their bond over the years and the lessons they've learnt from each other. When Amrita was asked about the habit she has picked from her daughter, Sara, she retorted, "My daughter's very motivated when it comes to working out, and she believes that fitness can make you feel better and then look better. It’s something that she tries to inculcate in my life too. So, I've started a little bit of yoga and stretching and I hope to continue that."
Recalling a beauty memory she has with her daughter, Sara Ali Khan and how the tables have turned now, Amrita Singh reminisced, “When Sara was much younger she would play with my things in my wardrobe and my dresser. I used to tell her that everything I have is yours. And now when she buys any kind of makeup product, she laughingly says to me, ‘everything that's mine is yours’.”

Even Sara Ali Khan spilt some beans on Amrita Singh's approach to beauty and revealed that her mother, who has always been minimalistic, believes that less is more. 'True beauty lies in being yourself' is what Amrita always said to Sara. The 25-year-old actress revealed she loves that Amrita keeps it natural and simple, and it is just her, as a person. Sara also shared that Betaab, Batwaara, Aaina and Kalyug are her favourites looks of Amrita.
To mark Amrita Singh's birthday on February 9, 2021, Sara Ali Khan had posted some lovely pictures from their vacation.
