Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani left no stone unturned in celebrating the pre-wedding festivities of their beloved son, Anant Ambani. The Ambanis have spent crores for this three-day extravaganza and scores of people from all walks of life were invited to the ceremony. Prominent names such as Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Ivanka Trump, among others, were in attendance at Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
On March 1, 2024, the tech mogul touched down in India to attend the grand gala of the Ambanis. In a conversation with the Times of India, Bill Gates revealed that this was his first Indian wedding. He further shared that he organised his visit to India in such a way so that he could attend the Ambani’s function in Jamnagar. He said:
“I’m starting at the top. It’ll be hard to go to another Indian wedding after this one. I know the family and actually organised my visit so that I could attend. I went and got fitted for clothes, so it’ll be a fun thing to do.”

The Microsoft co-founder attended Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding festivities with his girlfriend, Paul Hurd. The couple made sure to follow all the dress codes set for each of the events at the three-day soiree. For the first day, which was a cocktail night, Bill and Paula opted for chic ensembles. The tech mogul was dressed in a blue pantsuit paired with a crisp black shirt. Meanwhile, Paula donned a floor-length halter-neck black dress adorned with golden detailing on the shoulders.
On the second day, which was apparently Anant and Radhika’s sangeet night, Bill Gates and Paula Hurd looked stunning in their respective desi outfits. The Microsoft billionaire was seen wearing a black-hued kurta and pyjama paired with a sherwani that was adorned with floral embroidery all over it. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, Paula, looked gorgeous in a golden coloured floor-length kurta paired with the same colour palazzo pants. She kept her makeup minimal and accessorised her look with hoops and a classy watch.

On the third and final day, which was Anant and Radhika’s Hastakshar ceremony, the tech mogul donned a beautiful intricately worked ivory bandhgala paired with beige pants. Paula Hurd opted for a saree for the event. She wore a black saree featuring golden-toned work all over it and paired it with a golden sequinned blouse.
