Before 'Bigg Boss Malayalam 7' Winner Is Revealed, Did You Know Aneesh Proposed To Anumol On Show?

Currently, Bigg Boss Malayalam 7 is generating a lot of a buzz as the winner of the show is about to be revealed in a while. Amid that, did you know that finalist, Aneesh had once proposed to his co-contestant, Anumol for marriage. For those who don't know, the reality show hosted by Mohanlal premiered on August 3, 2025, and since day 1 it has grabbed attention because of its drama, intense fights and some light hearted bonds. 

Anumol rejected Aneesh’s marriage proposal

A few days ago, Aneesh and Anumol were sitting in the garden area and having a candid conversation, when the former had proposed to the actress. Today, on November 9, 2025, that moment holds a different significance as both Aneesh and Anumol are in the grand finale and one of them might win the show. Coming back to the proposal, it all happened when Anumol praised Aneesh's changed behaviour. 

During their candid conversation, Anumol had said, "You have changed a lot. So many changes in your character. I didn’t like you much initially; it was the first time I was seeing someone like you. Now, you are a good human. Someone everyone would like." To this, Aneesh had replied, "Is it? If so, can we get married?". This question shocked Anumol for a minute. Initially she took it as a prank and said, "It’s a comedy, right? We have a mic, there is a camera, it’s a prank, right?" However, when she realised that Aneesh is serious, Anumol replied:

"I am not thinking about marriage now. I have to take care of my career and need to get settled. Career hasn’t reached anywhere. I had an affair, and it ended in a breakup. So, I had the thought of not getting married at all. But I know my marriage is my parents’ biggest wish, so I want to do it for them. I have a home loan too. Within 2 years, I have to clear it all. I wish to have a small ritual at Guruvayoor, but that won’t be possible now."

The reality show, Bigg Boss Malayalam 7, hosted by Mohanlal, started with almost 20 contestants and after numerous fights the seven contestants to reach the finale were Noora, Nevin, Adhila, Akbar, Aneesh, Shanavas and Anumol. For those who don't know, Noora had won the Ticket To Finale race, to be the first finalist. However, she was eliminated from the show just a few hours before the finale. As per the latest update, finalist, Akhbar and Nevin have been evicted from the show and the top 3 contestants left now are Aneesh, Anumol and Shanavas.

Aneesh T.A. entered Bigg Boss Malayalam 7 as a 'commoner'. Reportedly, he is a writer and former government-sector employee, and he left his job to pursue his creative ambitions. Throughout his journey on the reality show, Aneesh was loved for expressing his views in a very straightforward manner.

On the other hand, Anumol is a popular face in the Malayalam television industry. Before entering the Bigg Boss house, she had appeared in multiple TV serials. On the show, she grabbed attention for her strong performances, fashion choices and the ability to read situations. It was her charm, familiarity and consistency that made her a strong contestant for the show.
