'Saiyaara' Trailer Review: Ahaan Panday And Aneet's Story Has Gen Z Hearts Melted In Aashiqui Way

Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda are all set to be seen in the movie, Saiyaara. The movie marks the collaboration between YRF and Mohit Suri. On the other hand, excitement about the movie has been heightened after the trailer was dropped on July 8, 2025. Netizens have gone gaga over the first glimpse of the movie, which showcased a musical love story between a singer and a songwriter, i.e. Ahaan and Aneet. While people can't stop gushing over the fiery bond between Ahaan and Aneet, it dragged us down to feel the full-blown Aashiqui vibes, but in a Gen Z way.

Saiyaara trailer dropped: Here's how the movie has already left viewers excited

The movie will be produced by YRF's CEO, Akshaye Widhani, in collaboration with the director, Mohit Suri. So, one can only imagine how much of an intense love story it will be. Ahaan and Aneet will be seen in the lead roles, and both of the actors are debutants, so there will surely be pressure of expectations upon them. With the first glimpse of the trailer, it seems like the debutants did a really good job, since they got positive reviews overall. In the trailer, Ahaan was seen as a YRF hero, who is also a singer.

The first portion features Ahaan, a bit bold in his character, while Aneet's role is calm and composed. While Ahaan is the singer, Aneet is the writer, and their love story will eventually blossom through songs, lyrics and music. There's no second thought that seeing the trailer gave us proper Aashiqui deja vu moments. There had been a soft beginning of love with the idea that opposites attract, given that the hero essayed a bold role while the heroine was intensely composed. Eventually, the love story gets intensified, followed by a fight, separation and reconciliation, as it seems. Music and action gave a tight outline to the story, and it's worth mentioning that the trailer was a treat to watch.

Netizens are in awe of the trailer of Saiyaara

Netizens are excited about the movie, and no sooner had the movie's trailer been shared than they are praising both the debutants and the makers. While some said that this movie is going to be intensely romantic, others mentioned it felt kind of repetitive. One user penned, "Goosebumps!! Can't wait for this masterpiece. Ahaan & Aneet - these two are raising the bar so high, both for acting & looks." Another user wrote, "That’s how people should debut." A third user shared, "Seated and ready for July 18!
