A journey that had begun with a prank call had sealed the deal almost three decades back. Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor, are a couple who has reinstated our faith in love and marriages with their adorable bond. Despite hailing from the prominent Kapoor family of B-town, Anil had his own fair share of struggles in the industry, it was Sunita, who had supported him unconditionally.
Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor had dated for 11 years and postponed their wedding date twice before finally tying the knot on May 19, 1984. The ageless couple, who is blessed with three adorable children, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Rhea Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, has always been each other's pillar of strength.

On March 25, 2022, Sunita Kapoor turned a year older, and her husband, Anil Kapoor penned the sweetest wish for her. Sharing a throwback picture of the 'love of his life', Anil expressed his happiness on stepping into the new role of grandparents with Sunita. His wish for her can be read as:
"Happy Birthday @kapoor.sunita! The love of my life, my only constant and the beautiful mother of my incredible children…I am so lucky I get to spend every day with you and love you little more with each passing day… This year, as we step into new roles as grandparents, I can’t wait to start this new chapter of our love story with you! Love you Sunita."
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja too wished her mommy, Sunita in the most adorable manner. Sharing an array of throwback pictures, Sonam wrote, "Happy happy birthday Mama, you’re the best mom in the world. The best example set for me! I love you the most in the world. Your favourite child @kapoor.sunita." On Sonam's post, Sunita's reaction was unmissable as she wrote:
"Love you so much beta, and more so now for giving me the best gift ever."
Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor's daughter, actress, Sonam Kapoor had announced the news of her pregnancy a few days back. On March 21, 2022, Anil Kapoor had taken to his Instagram handle and had expressed his emotions on the same. Sharing the same pictures posted by Sonam, Anil had written:
"Now preparing for the most exciting role of my life - GRANDFATHER!! Our lives will never be the same again, and couldn't be more grateful! @sonamakapoor & @anandahuja you have made us happy beyond measure with this incredible news!".

Anil was a struggler when he had met the gorgeous model, Sunita. It was through his friend that Anil had got Sunita’s number and the two had started talking on the phone before meeting in person.
