The popular celebrities, Anil Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty Kundra share a beautiful bond. The two brilliant actors have worked together in many films, which is why they share a friendly rapport with one another. For the unversed, Anil and Shilpa have worked together in films like Rishtey and Badhaai Ho Badhaai. Over the years, we have seen them entertaining everyone with the way they pull one another’s leg. It was back in 2019 when Farah Khan invited Anil Kapoor and Shilpa Shetty Kundra on her show, and it was a complete entertainer. From asking them personal questions about their happy married lives to embarrassing them with fun revelations, the entire episode was a proper dose of entertainment.

However, one segment of the episode stole the limelight and broke headlines in no time back then. Even today, the same clip is seen on various social media handles making people laugh their hearts out.
During a question-answer segment on the show, Backbenchers, the show’s host, Farah Khan asked Shilpa Shetty Kundra to reveal the reason why she said ‘yes’ to her husband, Raj Kundra’s marriage proposal. Before the actress could give a proper answer to Farah, Anil Kapoor quipped in and joked, saying, "Paise phalaiye the". The answer left Shilpa, and Farah burst out in laughter. However, after laughing out loud, Shilpa said, "Paison ke alawa baahein bhi phaliayi thi", and once again, Anil dropped the mic with his hilarious statement. The actor said, "Baahon mein paise the na", leaving everyone in another round of laughter.
There’s no denying that Anil Kapoor proved the mettle of his sense of humour, but a lot of credit goes to Shilpa Shetty Kundra for taking it in the best possible manner. However, further in the segment, it was the show’s host, Farah Khan, who gave it back to Anil on Shilpa’s behalf. The producer told Anil that he wasn’t wealthy when he got married to his wife, Sunita Kapoor and asked him to reveal how he managed to woo Sunita back then. After taking a pause, the actor once again gave a thunderous response and left everyone in splits. He had said:
"Kyuki Sunita ke paas paisey the."

For the unversed, Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor got married on May 19, 1984. Before getting married, Sunita and Anil dated for ten long years, which speaks volumes about their trust in their relationship and love for each other. The couple is parents to three kids, Rhea Kapoor Boolani, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Harshvardhan Kapoor. On the other side, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra tied the marital knot on November 22, 2009. The stunning couple is blessed with two children, Viaan Raj Kundra and Samisha Shetty Kundra.
