It is not unknown to the world that the 'Lakhan' of Bollywood, Anil Kapoor, is a doting father to his daughters, Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. The actor quite often takes to his social media handles to express his love and affection towards his daughters. However, his elder daughter, Sonam Kapoor, gets trolled for a number of reasons. Though Anil Kapoor does not pay much heed to the trolls, when it comes to his daughter, that is sure to hurt him.

Recently, Anil Kapoor graced the show, Pinch season 2, with his presence. The host, Arbaaz Khan, has shared a promo of the same and in the video, we can see the iconic actor, Anil Kapoor reacting to some of the mean comments that were passed by the netizens on him and his family. Arbaaz Khan showed him a rude comment by a user, who had attacked him and his daughter, Sonam Kapoor and called them shameless.
The comment can be read as ''I think father and daughter are shameless. They can do anything for money." However, this mean comment did not usher a havoc response from Anil Kapoor as he calmly replied that the person must not be in a good mood and that is why he wrote it. In Anil Kapoor's words, “Agar unhoney aisa comment kiya hai to vo sayad burey mood me they, ya dukhi they.''

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Anil Kapoor had shared how he and his wife, Sunita Kapoor, always worry about their daughter, Sonam Kapoor, who lives in London with her husband, Anand Ahuja. Stating the same, he had said, ''Like every parent everywhere, Sunita (wife) and I miss our kids when they are away, and we worry about them constantly."
Anil Kapoor had further added that he is thankful for the technological advancements as they have helped him stay connected with his daughter, Sonam Kapoor. He had explained, "But we also recognise that we’re fortunate to live in the age of technology that enables us to see them and speak with them whenever we get anxious, and that’s been a huge relief."
