For a couple, becoming parents is the most special moments of their life. The day they get to know about their pregnancy, every second is spent thinking about their soon-to-be born child. From making space for their little bundle of joy to decorating their crib are some of the joyous moments they cherish. But nothing can belittle the precious moment when they hold their little bundle of joy in their arms for the first time. Newbie parents, Anita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy are going through one such moment of their lives as they have welcomed their baby boy. Ever since Anita and Rohit had announced the happy news of expecting their first child, their fans couldn’t hide their excitement. The couple doesn’t leave any chance to update their fans about each moment of their pregnancy diary. From Anita’s food cravings to mood swings, we loved every picture and video of the expecting mommy. And as we entered the month of Anita’s due date, i.e., February 2021, we eagerly waited for the baby announcement. A few days back, Anita had shared a stunning monochrome picture from her maternity photoshoot where she was seen caressing her baby bump. She had hilariously captioned the picture as “When they ask me whennnsss THE dayyyyy? Ek minute poochke batati hun. #BabyReddyisReady.”
On February 9, 2021, Anita and Rohit became proud parents of a baby boy and the newbie-parents have been receiving congratulatory messages from their friends, family and fans. A few hours back, Rohit took to his IG stories and shared an adorable picture with Anita from the labour room. In the picture, Anita and Rohit were seen holding hands and happily looking into each other’s eyes. Atop the picture, Rohit wrote, “Most beautiful moments ever! @anitahassanandani love you baby.”
To announce the arrival of their baby, Rohit had taken to his IG handle and had shared a beautiful picture with Anita. In the picture, Anita had flaunted her baby bump while Rohit had kissed her. Atop the picture, Rohit had posted 'It's a boy' sticker and had captioned his post as “"Oh, boy!" A few days back, Anita had shared a beautiful poetry about motherhood. She had shared a picture from her last trimester, where she was seen in a co-ord set with a shrug. Anita had captioned her picture with a poem in Hindi written by Paritosh Tripathi, which could be read as “Kisi kitab ke roop mein nahi, kisi poetry mein bhi nahi, apne bhitaar kuch rach rahi hoon, kuch andekha sa kuch rach rahi hoon, ya koi mujhe rach raha hai, uske aane se janam loongi mai, maa ke roop mein.”
Anita, who had conceived naturally at the age of 39, had broken all the stereotypes surrounding the right age to have a baby. In an interview with The Times of India, she had spoken about the same and had stated, “The age-factor did play on my mind. Many people told me that it’s going to be tough, it overwhelms you. But once I conceived naturally, I realised that age is just a number. You need to be mentally and physically fit for everything to fall in place. Jo naseeb mein likha hota hai, woh toh hota hi hai.” Speaking of how she and Rohit had planned the baby when they were ‘ready’ and not when the society 'expected' them to have a child, Anita had said, “Today, Rohit and I feel well-settled — we are financially and mentally in a place where we are ready to have a child.” (Also Read: Kajal Aggarwal Reveals There Is Nothing Better Than Coming Home To A Happy Husband)
