Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava are one of the most loved couples in Indian television. Karan is known for being a part of popular TV shows like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Kasturi, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and more. Their relationship was arranged by Karan's co-star, Aly Goni, who brought the families of Ankita and Karan together. Although neither Karan nor Anikita knew each other, they met and organically developed a bond. The couple married in 2015 and were blessed with a daughter, Mehr in 2019. In a recent interaction, Ankita revealed how Karan's past relationships have hindered her opportunity to participate in a popular dance reality TV show.
Recently, Ankita Bhargava Patel appeared on Uncensored with Shardul and talked about her marriage, work, motherhood, divorce rumors, etc. Its host, Shardul asked her that popular TV couples often participate in reality TV shows or give real-life updates about their bond through YouTube channels or other social media handles. However, during their nine years of marriage, Ankita and Karan haven't given much insight into the relationship to the fans. In her reply, Ankita shared that it was her and Karan's personal decision because they didn't want to monetize their relationship.

In addition, Ankita revealed that she wanted to participate in the dance reality show, Nach Baliye with her husband, Karan Patel. For the unversed, it's a dance reality show where real celebrity couples compete against each other. However, Ankita is disappointed because she can't participate due to Karan Patel. The actress mentioned that Karan had already been a part of three different seasons of the show with different partners before marriage. So, she can't be a part of it with him now. She was quoted as saying:
“Yaar mujhe Nach Baliye karna tha. Karan has already done it three times with different girls. How can I do it? It's not fair. He has no control. Shaadi ke pehle hi teen Nach Baliye kar diye. It's so annoying."

A few weeks ago, the rumours of Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava's separation made headlines. However, in her conversation, Ankita mentioned they are just nasty rumours. She joked about how they are happily married, but the rumour is that they have hired some lawyers for divorce. The actress continued that just because they don't post PDA pictures online doesn't mean they will get divorced. In addition, Ankita revealed that a person she knew had given false information to the media. However, the person denied any involvement when she confronted them. She said:

And yeh recent hai, it's not even initial years ka when things are a little rough for people. It's been nine years that I have been married to Karan, we have a daughter, a big family and we are sorted. So, this is the nastiest rumour I have heard recently."

Karan Patel was working on his famous TV series, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, when he married Ankita. He was last seen in the film, Darran Chhoo, released on October 13, 2023. It was produced by Ankita Bhargava and the couple was busy working on it for two years.
