A few moments ago, Ankita took to her IG handle and posted a lovely picture with her daughter Mehr. In her long note, she talked in detail about breastfeeding and wrote, "Breastfeeding.... DISCLAIMER - This post is only to create a positive attitude and an open conversation about breastfeeding and does not intend to discredit formula feeding at all. Please do not jump to unnecessary conclusions and derail my aim here! Breastfeeding Is not just to fill their tiny tummies and give them an immunity boost... It is a journey that U get to share with just this ONE HUMAN BEING on this entire planet! U and Mini U!"
Further, talking about how breastfeeding is a love language between a mother and her baby, Ankita wrote, "It is a conversation between the two of you, even before words can take shape. It is how they say... I missed U. I am scared. I am tired. I am lonely. I am unwell. I am overwhelmed. And above all, It is how they say, I LOVE U MAA. So please, If you get the opportunity to breastfeed, Don't put limits on the Time, Duration, Quantity etc etc... This is once in a life time opportunity and will never come back with ur lil one! Make the most of it while it lasts! It is a blessing not just your lil one but also for U! It helps in overcoming post partum depression too! All my love and support to all the mothers out there. Breastfeeding or Not."

Ankita Bhargava had earlier shared her experience of her first night with her newborn daughter, Mehr Patel and her breastfeeding experience, on the official handle of Love Messy Munchkins. Sharing what she was told about breastfeeding, Ankita had written, “My First Night As A Mother. It was 3am when I took this picture. I wanted to remember this moment. This emotion. This connection. This Blessing. I have realised that most often than not people land up scarring /scaring U with advises that were meant to help u to begin with."
Ankita had then mentioned all the different advice she had gotten about breastfeeding, she had written, "But my approach is to cross the bridge when it comes in all walks of life! My C section went absolutely stunningly wonderful and i was hale and hearty just a tad but tired cos of meeting all the guests but otherwise i was very much upbeat! The next challenge was BREASTFEEDING! I was told by so many people that breastfeeding is- Complicated, Tiring, Luck based, Difficult. I was also told that breastfeeding is- Not for everyone, Should be regulated, Should be complimented with formula, Should be given in a bottle.”
