Pavitra Rishta fame, Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain’s relationship has often grabbed many eyeballs. Earlier, in January 2024, Ankita confessed her insecurity about losing her husband, Vicky, due to the emotional baggage of her past relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput. For the unversed, Ankita and Sushant started dating in 2010, while they worked together as a pair in the popular serial, Pavitra Rishta, but in 2016, the duo had an ugly breakup. Now, a recent video has surfaced online, where Ankita looked a bit annoyed as she spotted her husband, Vicky Jain, holding Meera Chopra’s hand while they were having a conversation.

Ankita and Vicky have often made headlines for their relationship problems and raised many eyebrows questioning their compatibility. Yet again a recent video has gained a lot of public attention. In the video, Ankita’s husband, Vicky, was holding hands with Meera Chopra while having a conversation, and this gesture made Ankita feel annoyed. This video surfaced online at the same time when Meera Chopra’s cousin, Mannara Chopra’s dad, Raman Rai Handa, passed away. In fact, in the video also, Meera’s shocking expression clearly stated that she heard a piece of unbelievable news from Vicky. In fact, the video also went viral due to Ankita’s expression, while some netizens supported her, some defended Vicky.

Soon after the video surfaced online, netizens gave their reactions. Supporting Ankita’s behaviour, one user wrote, "As a wife, jealousy feel hona it's a normal thing." Another user wrote, "Yar jahir si baat h kisi ko b bura lagega." Defending Vicky, a user commented, "Vicky Meera ko bata raha tha about Mannara father demise and Ankita being Ankita."

In a brief conversation with Instant Bollywood, Mannara Chopra’s cousin and actress, Meera, shared that she learned about Raman Rai Handa’s sudden demise from Vicky Jain, while she was attending a promotional event. For the unversed, Mannara’s father, Raman passed away on June 16, 2025. She also shared it was very shocking for her and mentioned that she knew Mannara’s dad was in hospital. In her words:

"I know, maybe when I was inside the event, Vicky told me… I knew he was in the hospital. Vicky told me that he has died. I don’t know... I don’t know. He was fine, so I don’t know what exactly happened. I think I’m going to go and find out, but it’s very sad. I think losing a parent—nothing can be worse than that. I know Mannara and Mitali were very close to him. It was a very close-knit family—two daughters and mom and dad—so yeah, it’s sad."

Back in 2019, Ankita revealed about her relationship with Vicky Jain. On December 14, 2021, the couple tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in Mumbai. The duo appeared together on TV shows, including Bigg Boss 17 and Smart Jodi. The couple is currently seen in Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment. The duo received the winning award in the show, Smart Jodi.
