On March 13, 2022, Ankita took to her Instagram handle and shared some priceless pictures from her grand wedding ceremony. In the pictures, Vicky Jain can be seen tying mangalsutra and putting sindoor on her forehead while she was on cloud nine. The couple, Ankita and Vicky, were all smiles while posing for the camera after exchanging varmalaas. Ankita captioned the pictures as:
"Till death do us part."
For the unversed, the duo had tied the knot in a grand wedding ceremony on December 14, 2021, in Mumbai. Ankita had looked drop-dead gorgeous in a head-to-toe golden lehenga adorned with sequins. She had donned a piece of uncut polki jewellery, drop earrings, maatha patti, maang teeka, sleek nath, and gold bangles. On the other hand, Vicky Jain had looked handsome in an ivory white-coloured sherwani with the same coloured pagdi and doshala.

To celebrate International Women's Day, Ankita had dropped a video on her IG handle on March 8, 2022. In the video, the gorgeous actress and her husband, Vicky, had wished her fans, but it was the latter's gift for her wife that caught our attention. The doting husband had surprised his wife by giving her a priceless gift. He had decided to keep mum for the whole day, and it had left the internet in splits. Ankita had captioned the video as:
"Most precious gift from my husband on this woman's day. Happy woman's day to all the lovely ladies from us to you @jainvick."
On March 5, 2022, Ankita had shared a promo of Smart Jodi, in which her mother, Vandana Lokhande could be seen getting emotional and sharing her feelings with the audience and host, Maniesh Paul. She had said that Ankita had gone through many struggling days, and now she deserves happiness. Vandana Lokhande had said:
"Ankita ne bohot struggle kia hai aur main chahti thi usko ek acha ghar milna chahiye aur saari khushiya milni chahye"
Her mother had further recalled Ankita's reaction post-her visit to her in-laws. She had shared that Ankita was upset when she was coming back from her in-laws' place. She can be quoted saying:
