December 2016 was a happening month, full of celebrity weddings and some star kids arriving in this world. There were a lot of celebrities who tied the knot in a grand style. Amid these celeb weddings, a little fashion faux pas happened as two celeb brides ended up wearing same outfits on their wedding!

The grand wedding of television heartthrobs Kishwer Merchant and Suyyash Rai was 'shaadi of the season' in 2016. These two lovebirds had a court marriage on December 16, followed by a star-studded wedding reception, attended by their industry friends.
Kishwer and Suyyash wore colour-coordinated outfits for their wedding reception and looked absolutely gorgeous.
Kishwer wore a stunning saree-gown in beige colour with stunning embroidery in pearls and beautiful drape, from Gaurav Gupta Label. She was looking like a dream in that dress. Her accessory game was also on point along with her red choora, mehendi and diamond jewellery.

On seeing Kishwer in that dress, it made us wonder that where have we seen something similar before? And, after a lot of brainstorming, we finally solved the mystery and got all our answers.
An almost similar outfit, designed by the same designer was worn in the same year by famous YouTube vlogger, Sherry Shroff on her wedding day (December 9, 2016). While Sherry got it customised in a white colour, Kishwer’s stylist picked the dress from designer Gaurav Gupta’s store.
Both the ladies wore almost same outfits for their special day. Is it a sheer coincidence or we will call it a blooper on Kishwer’s part? Whatever was the story behind these ladies twinning on their D-days, we must say that Sherry and Kishwer both carried the dress with utmost grace!
