While the entire nation was seen celebrating Karwa Chauth, and the married women were keeping fast for the long life of their husbands, Anushka Sharma seemed to have skipped it this year. Well, once again, this sparked speculations about her second pregnancy. In addition, her last post, shared on the morning of November 1, 2023, also hinted that Anushka didn't fast on this year's Karwa Chauth. Taking to her IG stories, she shared a packet of baked fries she was munching on at that time and atop it, she wrote, "Slurp slurp", along with two happy emojis.

On October 26, 2023, Anushka Sharma shared a promotional post, wherein she was seen seated in the same place at two different times. She was seen posing for the lens with her eyes closed and looked the brightest. While the main picture in the frame showed Anushka dressed in a beige-hued blazer paired with denim pants, another throwback picture of hers was from her first pregnancy time. In the old photo, she was also seen flaunting her baby bump in a black-hued printed dress. Along with it, she mentioned, "Time flies…" and this was a big hint from her side to her massive fanbase about her about her second pregnancy. However, it is worth mentioning that there is no official confirmation from Anushka or Virat about the matter.
All the while, although Anushka was avoiding the paps to get clicked, she didn't leave any chance to support her husband, Virat during the World Cup 2023 matches. On October 14, 2023, Anushka was spotted for the first time ever after the news of her second pregnancy surfaced online. She was papped inside the Ahmedabad airport as she arrived for the India Vs Pakistan ICC Cricket World Cup match. In a video, she looked stunning, as usual, in a black suit with a matching T-shirt underneath. However, her loose-fitted clothes were adding fuel to her pregnancy rumours. We also stumbled upon another picture of hers as she posed with Sachin Tendulkar and Dinesh Karthik.
