But lately, they have been garnering media attention because of their cute little daughter. It was on January 11, 2021, when Virat and Anushka had completed their family by welcoming a baby girl into their lives, whom they have lovingly named, Vamika.
Anushka and Virat are very protective of their daughter, Vamika, just like any other parents. The duo makes sure that they hide their daughter's face from the paps whenever they are out in public or social gatherings. As the couple returned back to India from Dubai, with their daughter, they tried to hide her face from the paparazzi.

Anushka Sharma had accompanied her husband, Virat Kohli, with their 9-month-old daughter, Vamika to the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup tournament in Dubai, and they have finally returned back to India now. The Kohli family was spotted by paparazzi at Mumbai's Kalina airport today and their pictures have been doing rounds on the internet. In the pictures, shared by the paparazzi, mommy, Anushka can be seen holding her baby girl, Vamika close to her while completely shielding her face from the cameras.
In the pictures, Anushka can be seen wearing a casual white T-shirt which she paired with blue denim jeans. On the other hand, Virat Kohli was seen twinning with her in a white tee and blue shorts. No clear pictures Vamika could be seen, as the protective parents have successfully managed to hide her face.
On November 13, 2021, Anushka had taken her Instagram stories and shared a glimpse of her morning coffee. She got herself a customised cup of coffee, and it had featured the picture with which the actress and her cricketer-husband had announced their pregnancy. Atop the picture, she had jokingly written:
“We are so delicious"

For the unversed, Anushka Sharma had shared the news of her daughter, Vamika's birth through her Instagram post on February 1, 2021. The picture had featured Virat standing next to Anushka, as she held her daughter. Along with the picture, Anushka had penned down thankyou note for her fans, which could be read as:
"We have lived together with love , presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one , Vamika has taken it to a whole new level ! Tears , laughter , worry , bliss - emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes ! Sleep is elusive but our hearts are SO full. Thanking you all for your wishes , prayers and good energy."
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are hands-on parents as well as an adorable couple!
