Actress and TV personality, Archana Puran Singh has won the hearts of fans with her quick wit and humor. She is especially recognized for her role as a permanent guest on The Great Indian Kapil Show , with her interactions with guests often becoming some of the most memorable moments from the episodes. Well, recently, Archana had an opportunity to share the stage with the legendary actress, Rekha, and called the moment a dream come true. Soon after, she took to Instagram to talk about the same and even revealed Rekha's reaction to being asked about the mystery man in her life.
The latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show was truly memorable as Bollywood legend, Rekha appeared on it. Archana Puran Singh even described the moment as a dream come true as she took to her Instagram handle with a post featuring the stunning actress. She gushed about Rekha in her caption, recalling the time they worked together in the 1989 release, Ladaai , remembering her as being very warm and inviting.
According to Archana, Rekha offered her makeup advice, and they even discussed the mystery man in the latter's life. Talking about Rekha's reaction to questions about the 'he' she often referred to, Archana penned in her caption:
"She called me to her makeup room and advised me on makeup and how to put on fake eyelashes, a trend she was credited with having started in Bollywood. I have memories of us in a Filmcity lawn chatting about this and that, and when I questioned her about who this 'he' she was referring to was, she countered with a 'you don't know who HE is'?"
In the post caption, Archana was also seen reminiscing about her childhood and the moment she first saw Rekha. According to her, she was introduced to the gorgeous actress through the film, Sawan Bhadon . She further stated that back then, as a kid with no dreams of coming to Mumbai, she could never even imagine meeting Rekha, let alone working with her. Archana penned:
"When I saw Rekhaji's Sawan Bhadon, I was a kid living in a small town with hardly a hope of ever visiting Bombay and definitely no hope of ever meeting her personally!! Then, years later I worked with her in "Ladai"."
Archana further praised Rekha for her warm personality and even labeled her 'a living legend.' Talking about how her dream had come true, Archana wrote:

For the unversed, Rekha will make her debut on Netflix's The Great Indian Kapil Show this weekend. In the promos for the much-anticipated episode, Rekha was spotted dancing with Krushna Abhishek to her iconic track, Salaam-E-Ishq , as the latter impersonated Amitabh Bachchan . Further in the teaser, a humorous exchange between host, Kapil Sharma and Rekha was shown, wherein she confessed to remembering Big B's every dialogue from the quick show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. The special episode will hit the streaming platform on December 8.
