Malaika Arora is going through a tough phase in her personal life, as her father, Anil Arora died, allegedly by committing suicide. It was on September 11, 2024, when the incident took place. The news is utterly heartbreaking, and one can not even imagine what Malaika Arora has been going through. Well, to support her, Malaika's ex-husband, Arbaaz Khan, along with his family members, arrived at Anil Arora's residence. Arjun Kapoor, too, came to stand by his ex-girlfriend, Malaika, in this tough phase.

A video from Anil Arora's residence has made rounds on social media, where Arjun can be seen greeting the guests who arrived at Malaika Arora's house to offer condolences. He was standing near the gate and greeted Malaika's ex-in-laws, Sohail Khan, Salim Khan, and Salma Khan.

Arbaaz Khan also arrived at Malaika Arora's late father, Anil Arora's house

Malaika Arora's ex-husband, Arbaaz Khan, was also present at Anil Arora's house after the heartwrenching news of his demise surfaced online. Not only he but also his brother, Sohail Khan, and their parents were present to back Malaika at this time. For the unversed, Malaika was earlier married to Arbaaz Khan, with whom she has a son, Arhaan Khan. After several years of marital bliss, Arbaaz and Malaika parted ways. Cut to now, Arbaaz is married to Sshura Khan, while Malaika has reportedly broken up with Arjun Kapoor. Well, Arjun and Arbaaz both were present to back Malaika in this tough time. 

Joyce Polycarp's statement after Anil Arora's demise

As per the reports, Joyce Polycarp, in her statement to police has said that she and Anil Arora had been living together again for the last few years. Talking about the incident, Joyce shared that Anil had no illness except knee pain. She said that she found Anil's slippers in the living room and then went to look for him outside, when she was not able to find her ex-husband, she leaned from the balcony and found out that the watchman was screaming for help. Currently, police and the forensic team have been investigating the case from all angles.

Malaika Arora visited her parents a day before her father committed suicide

Malaika Arora was inconsolable when she arrived at her parents' home after her father's demise, and one can only imagine, how it's tough for a daughter to witness such a tough situation. Well, if the reports are to be believed, only a day ago, i.e., on September 10, 2024, Malaika visited her parents' home.

For the unversed, Anil Arora hailed from the Indian border town of Fazilka, and he was a Hindu Punjabi. Anil was employed in the Indian Merchant Navy. In his personal life, he got married to Joyce Polycarp, who is a Malayali Christian. Anil and Joyce have two daughters, Malaika and Amrita. Well, when Malaika was only 11 years old, her parents were separated and it impacted her childhood.
